We gain something only whenever we are ready to sacrifice some habit or hobbies or unwanted activities. I studied at Government Medical College, i know the struggle to achieve or qualify entrance exam , for that their must be some rules and regulations. If you are not willing for excellence then no need to Join there and no need to waste such a huge money. Many other acedemically less oriented institute available
