When a fish is caught on an embankment, etc., the lure slams into the concrete and cracks the coating, or is damaged by the hook circle or the teeth of the fish.
Although it is an badge of honor, we want to use proven lures for a long time, so repairing them early will strengthen the coating and make them last longer.
