I believe what you thought was a kofte kebab was actually a “village sausage” and depending on where you come from in Greece depends on the contents. The ones I had were pork with chilli and other goodies… goes great in a French stick with salad and a bit of sauce. I miss Greece 🇬🇷 ❤

the greek places springing up all over england the last couple of years has been incredible. 5 years ago you couldn't get gyros anywhere.
