Oh girl... do a deep dive on how dirty Little Mix were done. They were supposed to officially go Stateside with Glory Days, but Syco (Simon Cowell) was basically trying to tell them to behave like arm candy and lowgrade pimp them out to US execs (hence the limo scene in the video), and when they all bucked back, he unofficially blacklisted them from further growth. If you knew Little Mix, Jade is the one who’s really into a Pop Music and a fan of a lot of Musical Pop Artist so it’s not new that she went in to this direction. She’s also known for her great humor specially in social media 😅
So jade didnt lose herself. Shes trying to relay that she has been working torwards music for her whole life and she will always love making and sharing her art with the world but when she got to fame she saw the industry for what it and how the major labels dont care about the lives and souls of artists. They use their dream and passion to manipulate them.they work them to the bone and take all the money and they will discard you and replace you with the next biggest star if your not doing numbers or dont look how they want make the music they want ect. the videos imagry is show how some people will go to stay on top and in the spotlight.
In the video that big sloppy dude represents Simon cowell and the other big music exects he sees brown haired jade busking on the street and offers her the spot of the blond superstar jade she gets pissed brown jade has her glowup and turns into the pop princess in the white. Then you see red haired jade pop up outs no wear and shes rubbing all over big sloppy and does rhe audition to take jades spot while brown haired hade is looking sad shes being replaced when blonde jade storms in and kills red haired jade she thought it was brown haired jade thats why when she turns and sees brown haired jade in the window she realized the lengths she went 8:33 thorough out of hatred for having her spot taken and she killed the wrong person jelousy and addiction to fame money and power can make you unrecognizable to yourself. Im sorry this is a novel but this video is so so so layered and is a masterpiece jade has 2 or three good interviews out talking about the single its a statement and i also believe it to be a call to action for the industry and its a bop im so proud of our girl all of them too

Wow you literally explained that so perfectly! Jade is a force and this video was so good! The song was great too! I’m so freaking proud of her and at the same time getting to know her. I hope she continues to put these Hollywood people for who they really are. How they treat upcoming artists is SICK! smh she survived but there’s others that don’t! I love how she’s using her platform to speak on that! And show the world just how evil the industry can be.
