Nobody will answer this question because it's a 3rd party app. Best bet is to ask someone on Twitter or other message boards. Good luck finding the answer.

Yeah I found the setting before this.
My 4k max is registered in Spain and I have Prime Spain but these options are not available.
It’s recently new that’s why
I don't have prime but you can run the prime video application from my apps and you get the same outcome.
I have Amazon prime
