Hey Guys what's up this is Parag and today I will show you how I designed this vector portrait using a reference image. It took me 3 Hours to create this tutorial, so I have used speed art to show you my illustration techniques using reference image.

Nice tutorial, really detailed, also like the background music, sounds a lot like deadmau5, only suggestion will be, if you can add a keyboard shortcuts panel somewhere in the video so that we can know what keys are you pressing on a particular time, it would be really helpful. Keep up with this amazing work

Color palette is given inside illustrator file. You can download along with image, I have given link in description.

9:26 Hey bud. How did you add that closed path you just finished drawing, to the larger compound path?

I can't tell how they did it, but you can achieve the same thing by selecting both shapes (making sure the second path is above the main compound path layer) and using the “Minus Front” shape mode in the pathfinder panel (Shift + Ctrl + F9)
