Cook low and slow under foil, baste occasionally, when tender take off foil, crank up heat to colour. Better than in the Chinese resto's guaranteed 👍.

Did one of those chicken crown roasts after I'd skinned it, too. Bangin💥. Thing is, when you do the chicken bits they're best skinless and scored. But chicken skin just peels off, as you know, so no biggie.
Important news - Aldi reduced price on the sticky toffee cake. to £2.19. so for that i got one today. don't say I like it, but I do. hehehehe Bet most of the seasonings used are less than 1/2 Tsp mix. so may be easy to make the sauce yourself and add to some other meat. Most ribs are really not that good for value. since 70% or more bones. if you strip the meat off the bone an weight it. it would be so little amount. think i would rather put the sauce on to some thing like cheap belly pork. Do not think the colour on the box matches the colour on the plate..
If ribs ain't got gristle n gnarly n fat n chew them they ain't ribs too me😂...those fall off the bone ribs can stick em where the sun don't shine I want a task with my ribs I wanna be chewing the bones for week at least 😂... don't want stupid amounts fat but 20% odd ...cheers mush 👍...Edit the car horn 😂
