I tried this today. it came out really really nice. I think your trick of making that butter garlic paste and then brushing it on the sides makes the pizza really nice.

I made this 2 days ago...the best pizza ever! The crust was a pan style golden crispy on the bottom, not soggy. I added jalapenos and mushrooms and fresh mozzarella instead of grated. It was better than my favorite pizza place. I froze the leftovers for 2 more dinners...to be heated up in air fryer...thank you! Best step by step directions...flavor!

Charlie! I tried this recipe. Supreme pizza is my fav too. The dough I made turned out nice soft and crunchy. I used a mixture( all I had) was some 00 tipo fine flour and some bread flour. I only had 3 cups and it was a bit sticky so I added a bit of semolina flour. To get it unsticky I put some oil in my hands and did some “slap and folds” for the dough and proofed it the same time here. Mann! And that buttery garlic sets the tone for the whole pizza. I almost ate the whole 🍕. Ain’t gon lie. I got 4 slices left. The wait was worth it! ❤ thank u so much for sharing this Charlie! This helped me improve patience for cooking with pizza dough. 😊

Charlie I made this pizza again and it was just as delicious as the first one. I didn't have time to let it rise 2 hours sort rose foe 1 and it was still delicious. Thank you for this recipe.

OK I need to give you a hug, I was never comfortable thinking i could do pizza dough from scratch,, but your videos are so detailed, precise and easy to follow, You take the time to walk us novices through each step till the end.. I have to tell you I made 2 of these for the New Years day football a thon,,, and OMG are they so good, your crust is the best on RUclips and I did my supreme with a heavy hand on the sausage, olives and pepperoni.... you are so my best bud now,,, keep the videos coming. :)

My son and I made this pizza last night it was awesome, the only thing we did different was just add pepperoni and mushrooms because we don't like onions or peppers on our pizza it was fabulous!! Thanks again Charlie!!

Charlie, I've been watching your videos for a while now, and I've got to tell you. You are such an EXCELLENT teacher. You have a natural ability. Have you ever thought about teaching? Your love for your subject and your patience all points to someone who would be great in the classroom. I'm a former preschool teacher (retired after 37 years) so I guess I see 'teacher material' in everybody I come across! Anyway, I love pizza, especially supreme pizza. I'm gonna make this one real soon! Have a great evening.
I haven't thought about teaching. Not sure if I could actually do that. I can only teach others what I know. Now when I was a kid teaching was something I always wanted because I loved school. Yes, my dear, I've taught longer than you've been alive! LOL I recently made 60 years old, (Aug. 3rd) and I thank Yah for every year! I think you'd be a great teacher, but it all depends on what your calling in life is. I am looking for a recipe, it's called a Milky Way cake. All I remember of it is that it takes 5 or 6 Milky Way candy bars melted down in a double boiler, after that, I don't remember anything. My grandmother used to make this, and she never wrote down the recipe. Do you have a recipe? I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance. Also, I really appreciate your cleanliness and neatness in your kitchen and your cooking techniques. There are others who put up videos and their kitchens and their cooking techniques actually turn my stomach!

Thank you!!!! :D Yes thin crust is simply thinning out the crust. You'll have to bake it before you put your toppings on your pizza. I'll come out with a recipe for that soon.

Hi Charlie! ...I made this pizza and boy was it ever delicious!!! One thing I will do next time that I make it is add a little more sauce to my crust. By the way, did you know that there is now a pizza yeast that does not require rising time? That is what I used and it was fantastic.....love your videos....keep them coming, OK?

That's a good idea but I didn't want to take any shortcuts when making this recipe! Oh okay cool. Well you can add the pizza crust yeast anytime you want now. Hey Charlie! Your pizza crust recipe is the bomb! We loved it. Have you ever tried par-baking the crust for 5 minutes before adding the toppings? I think I'm going to try that next time. The cheese starting browning quickly so I covered it with tin foil, but I think par-baking would solve the issue. Keep Cooking!
