Small note, I believe it's only Canada where King Charles doesn't have the title 'Defender of the Faith', he still has it here in the UK.

1:37 IIRC from the Gretzinger study, one of the most comprehensive studies on English genetics, Iron Age Briton ancestry varies wildly, ranging from 11%-57%, whereas Anglo-Saxon ranges from 25%-47% and French 14%-43%. Also showed that Germanic ancestry was considerably higher during the early Middle Ages but began to decline over time, Britons with less Anglo-Saxon ancestry began migrating east and southeast (where the Anglo-Saxons tended to settle) and after 1066 you start seeing French people migrate into England en masse which brought in an Iron Age French component.
14:11 You mean "Defender of the Faith" and Charles III actually does still have the title, it remains one of his official titles and was used by the Archbishop referring to the King during his coronation and he also did use the title during his oath to the Church of Scotland. I think what you're referencing is that Charles has at varying points considered changing the title from "Defender of the Faith" to "Defender of Faith", the latter obviously being more vague. Which just tells you where his mind is at, he's comfortable with his fate being akin to a late neo-Ottoman Sultan that presides over a vast, diverse sea of people while the state and society are in decay.
