Yeah, these two rely heavily on 3 things 1. the base having a powerful pop 2. the flyer being able to wait until the very top of the pop 3. the flyer not travelling forward when going into the final position as long as you have these three things down pat, then the positions should come after some practice. Any tips for working on Straight arm pop or Pop from high straddle?
On #8, run up to reverse grip, where are the flyer's second two steps landing?
1st Step leg, 2nd step chest, 3rd step an optional slight tap on the shoulder.
How did you get into the first “shoulder” position where the flyer is standing on the base?
