Thank you so much for inventing this tape it well worth whatever it cost. Since I see all the time and my daughter only gets to see occasionally she bought me the tape to try out. Within minutes of receiving it I was hooked.
Mind blown! THANK YOU so much. 20+ years of quilting... no more pencil, no more sand paper base = lots more time to sew and watch more of your Podcast :).
Thanks! I learn so much watching your videos. I’m hoping I learned how to do a super thanks to show my appreciation & recognition of the value you add to My Quiltin life😊
I've never heard of Diagonal seam tape but I'm definitely going to look for it in my fabric store! Thanks for your demonstration in showing how easy it is to use!
Thank you for the tutorial! I saw your discussion of it on your you tube so your follow up here is very helpful! My question.... how do you make sure that the tape is straight as you place it on the machine and not cockeyed or angled?
Thanks for the tutorial. I got that tape in a sew sampler box and haven't used it yet, but now I will! Can't wait to get my hands on your new fabric line.
Great demo, I definitely need some diagonal seam tape considering all the Elizabeth Hartman patterns I make and other uses of diagonal seams such as putting binding strips together. May I suggest that when you are doing a demo, use contrasting thread so we can easily see the stitch line as you are sewing.
I thank you for these informative and excellent videos. Your instruction is clear and thorough, but mostly I feel like I would love to sew with you and become a real-life friend, not just a RUclips friend. 💕
What happens if your red line is not straight at the bottom of the sewing machine (closest part to your body). Will it still sew the straight line across the square? Thank you for the tutorial and help!
My machine has a laser that I've thought about using for this purpose, but I'm worried about accuracy. How do they compare to HSTs where you draw the line first? Is there any difference at all? Thank so much for the video! I have the your seam tape from a Sew Sampler!
I've never personally used a laser, but I have seen some of my students use them successfully. I think like anything else it just takes a little practice.
My understanding is that you aren’t supposed to leave it on the machine for long periods of time, so the roll allows you to replace it for a new project, etc.

Excellent, Sherri! I have this tape. However, I had no idea I could use it the way you demonstrated. Fabulous!

Great demonstration, much clearer than the directions!

I am new to quilting and sewing in general. Your video is wonderful.
I have the exact same machine you have...I love it....
I’ve used multiple times and love it. The original instructions I found were not clear but I figured out Speeds up process a lot!
Love your content, especially the podcast. I have learned so much.
That will be a great help. Thank you so much. 🧺🧶🧵
thank you for the tutorial, going to have to get some of this
I've just begun practicing making Flying Geese, using different methods. I've been struggling. Thank you for this tutorial.
I love this tape and use it often! Thank you for the the great video 💕
Thanks, I was confused about how to put it down to start. Your video explained perfectly.
I understand you should line up red line with needle instead of 1/4" mark on machine. Thank you for the great tutorial, did learn a lot.
Liked the video.
Ok, now I understand it! Thanks!
Just found this & love it

AWESOME
what if i don't have a 1/4 inch mark on my sewing machine plate? How then do i put the tape in place?
Thank you! I think I need to order some :)
Thank you!
I love the seam tape but I wish I didn’t have to take it loose when I change my bobbin
Thank you
Thank you.
Thanks for the video I had and idea of how to use this tape but wasn’t 100% sure. I hate drawing all those lines!!!
Wish you would demonstrate how to place the tape. Doesn’t seem easy to get it perfectly aligned.
❤️❤️❤️
How do you make sure the tape is straight? I have some but it makes me wonder so I don't use it! Most important part.

The trouble I had is... there's no way to see the tape near the needle area...to tell where to start sewing, because the tape isn't near the needle..
I have seen it used but no one ever went into the explanation. Tfs
Why sell such a large package when really you use what, 8 inches? Somebody should sell 8-10 inch pieces
My understanding is that you aren’t supposed to leave it on the machine for long periods of time, so the roll allows you to replace it for a new project, etc.
Does it sew a scant quarter inch or a true quarter inch?
It's a very accurate 1/4" seam...you could move your fabric just a thread's width over for a scant.
Thank you
