scottinojaivideos (gsmX2) thank you. I was in your neighborhood Sunday, my wife and I found Books and Birds, Tunnel of love, Bad feet Bridge and Happy birthday to OVC. Great caches!
Roombacats I am glad you had a chance to find some of our really good geocaches. I did replace the missing pin for Books and Birds....thanks for the mention. We have a CITO on Saturday if you want a reason to come back and get some more of the birthdsy cachres.
I like that a lot :-) You have less problems with the damp environment than us here in the UK but then you don't have much cover either!!! Nicely Done :-)
Quirky Caches I THANK you. was concerned about the wood swelling with moisture so I used a stack of Teflon plate with an inward draft angle. The Wood Is Old So Prying It Out Would Like Break The Wood.
Thank you very much. Unfortunately, geocaching is less of a hobby and more of a bizarre obsession. This idea is really all from Quirky Caches and his blocked puzzle cache ruclips.net/video/xRLiSz8KnD4/видео.html. He was very kind to let me steal his idea. I encourage anyone to take inspiration from, borrow or steal ruthlessly from any of my cache ideas.
Thanks. So far everyone has figured it out within a minute or two. Usually I take my gadget caches to work to beta-test them. Unfortunately, my coworkers are engineers so they figure it out quickly so I am still unsure how it will do out in the wild. I put mini-candy bars in the caches so people are eager to try them. Local geocachers who know me have figured out how I think and figure it out quickly. I found that the best gadget caches are those that help someone feel like they are making progress where the solution is in easy achievable steps.
Terrific geocache. Very well done.
Thanks for sharing.

Ahh, my OCD is redlining.
You did lower the metal bracket covering up the tool at the end, didn't you?
AWESOME
