Btw thanks to your review on the violin Dynamos I purchased a set and fell in love with them thereafter.
I guess I didn’t, in fact “explain it all” 😂 Thomastik says it’s usable up to a Vibrating String Length of 39cm. But on my 16.5” Viola, there’s still a good bit of string to spare before the wrapping starts in the peg box, so you should be fine.
Michael your viola sounds so beautiful! 😍 What pattern is your viola based off of? Btw, I think the Dynamo’s had a little bit of a more open sound on your instrument 😃
