The Slaws are just round the corner from the coming together of Hamilton and Verstappen, but Slaw captures Verstappen being airlifted to hospital.
It’s a win for Hamilton in front of a home crowd! @lewishamilton but the support for Lando and George was superb! @LandoNorris
Back to the campsite for an evening of barbecuing and alcohol (again!)

Top tip for cooling down if you are not already aware, but take a flannel with you and soak it in water. Wring it out and place it on the back of your neck. Obviously cold water is better but as long as it isn't redders it has the effect of making you feel cooler. Who was this Lewis guy? LOL
Thanks Steven, that’s a good tip. I had some cool spray that I kept dousing myself with. I’m more used to waterproofs at Silverstone 🤣

Great video, 👍 and McLaren supporters too 😊. We were there, at Litchlake & Becketts on race day. Also for McLaren. Loved your Red Arrows footage as we couldn't see much from Becketts. 🏁
Thanks Yvonne! We started out as JB fans, then became McLaren fans. I’m also a Kimi fan, with a bit of a soft spot for Ferrari. I also like Williams and Aston Martin. Let’s face it, I just love F1 ❤️

Hi, recently found your videos and and I'm really enjoying them. Used to work at the British gp as a grandstand steward from 2002 - 2012. Loved the crack, and just by chance my wife's best friend lives in Goran Haven, so quite a bit of interest, Carl in Chesterfield

@@mrsslaw9242 yes we may well have, mainly worked Woodcote grandstand, and Renault hospitality which I think was Woodcote C. Also did hockenhiem in 1999 and bracelona in 2000 and 2001

Another great video, we just booked camping for next year. Last time we went was Australia 2017 when Ferrari out foxed Mercedes and my girlfriend thought the ideal time to go to the toilet was the same time the F18 hornet did it’s fly pass which I thought was hilarious as I could imagine all walls shaking in the toilet block from the thunder off the after burners. Silverstone next year and nc500 which your videos been really useful

Hi guys, love this video! Hope y don’t mind me asking how and when u got tickets? We went on race day this year but via resale. Would love to go for the 3 days and your grandstand looked great!
Hi Shelley, the tickets for the 2021 race were booked straight after the 2019 race. They were postponed from 2020 due to Covid. We were members of the Silverstone Racing Club and had our own clubhouse and grandstand at Luffield. Sadly, Silverstone Circuits never reopened our club after Covid and bulldozed our clubhouse and grandstand last year 😢 There’s a new grandstand built there now between Luffield and Woodcote with our amazing views of the Wellington Straight, into Brooklands, round Luffield and out through Woodcote. This year was our first in 10 years that we weren’t there 😢😢

Do you think Lewis caused the crash? I think it probably spoiled the race, Great to see the Mclarens starting to compete again though.

Just to let you know Camping F1 went bust the other day and took everybodys money including mine for the British F1 GP (and Austrian I think) with them. They are a bunch of crooks.
Such a shame 😢 We’ve been with them to Monza, Catalunya, Hockenheim as well as Silverstone and had no problems. They were great 👍🏻
