@@chadpeacock2064 I have been listening to them since the better days albums, I grew up sneaking out of my house to see them play at chain reaction before they were famous. To hear his voice mature of that time, is nothing less than incredible. Him and thrice are truly a gift.
Yes, the Orange county Hardcore Era phenomenon of 2001sies. Thrice is one of the greatest bands, dustin being a fucking musical GENIUS w God gifted interpretation and expression. Thank you god for gifting us Dustin.
@@MrUrmother22must have been great to grow up with them. I've only just gotten into them and they're my favorite band now. Wish I could've grown up as their sound grew up.
Jesus Dustin. You seriously have probably the most powerful voice I've ever heard in my entire life. On top of being the greatest lyricist I've ever heard. They should study you for thousands of years to come in music classes.
Thank you so much for posting. this is such a great song. I've never seen it played acoustically, and always wondered how it would sound. wow. so amazing! now I'm going to have to learn to play it.
I’m Christian, yeah. But I cannot stand worship music. The lyrics, even though they have good meaning and intent to it, they sound boring and lazy, just like the instrumentals. This song on the other hand, you can tell it comes from someone who had lost his/her way in life and is seeking for help. And when you least expected it, God was there. This is the kind of music that I would love to hear in a church, the kind that shamelessly tells me that it’s pretty normal to lose our way in life every now and then, but there’s someone that no matter what you do, will always have your back. This song has the power to move me, and it makes me feel like a genuine Christian human being.
This is the greatest musician, singer, songwriter of the century. So severely underrated.
massively underrated.. the raspyness in this guys voice is totally underrated aswell.

Somos dois.
