- in this video i am explaining about carrier 30xa air cooled chiller. chiller model number is 30xa1202. in this model chiller there are three Carlyle screw compressors. three compressor are different capacity, compressor starter is star delta starter, chiller control voltage using 110volts and 24 volts, also explaining about cpm board , exv board , fan control board . electronic expansion valves working logic ,economizer, cooler electronic and mechanical flow switch, oil separator, oil level sensor , loading unloading solenoid valves

When its getting tripping. While starting?
110 v fuse was fused in the transformer after changing a fuse while catching the compressor contractor within friction of second giving compressor phase loss L2. And thanks for your quick response bro.
Please check the contactors .maybe not energizing contactor. If contactor is Okay then go to the CT maybe CT not reading the current

Bro There is Two control out put In one Transformer one is 24 Volts and Another one is 110 volts . So please make sure which fuse is getting defects.24 volts fuse or 110volts fuse .if 110 volts fuse getting defect check the panel cooling fan and compressor contactors. If 24 Volts fuse getting defects check the loading unloading solenoid coil and condenser fan contactors
