Thank you so much for this video. I had an emergency C-section after a "failed" hypnobirthing homebirth. 4 years later and I still feel terrible about it. Now I'm pregnant again and your words were so healing to me. ♥️

Hi Nissa, this is my first time to your channel and my first video. I really like what you have to say!!! I'm 36 weeks pregnant with my second child. for my first baby I surrounded myself with women that had two or three kids and some pregnant again. They loved the Netflix movie the business of being born so of course we all wanted that "perfect"birth that didn't involve hospitals or any shots to hurry things along or numb the pain. Long story short I didn't get to do everything the way I wanted but I was so pleased with what I did do, and right after giving birth one of my mom friends came for a visit and one of the first thing she asked was if I had the epidural. As I told her what happened she just shook her head saying the hospital love to be dramatic. Her comments made me feel bad about what I accomplished and the fact is I had a horrible reaction to the epidural and still had a healthy strong baby in spite of it. Knowing what I know now I won't allow myself to have anyone make me feel less than bc I'm not doing what they deem as the best way to birth. In fact I kept all negative people away for this entire pregnancy 😎🙌🏾 thanks for this encouraging video.

Thank you Nissa! I’ve been struggling to find the right hypnobirthing book/advice for me. I’m so glad I watched this video. I agree with everything you are saying and it has made me much more confident about all types of births. Thanks again!

All my female relatives have super quick births. I wish somewhere in the world it was possible to rent a hospital room and stay a few weeks before and after birth. I dont understand why it has to be homebirth, place with not all medical thing or rushing somewhere during birth. It would be optimal to already be at the hospital and already know the smell sounds and staff. Best if both worlds
