Time and time again, I’ve come to you in some of my deepest, darkest, most uncontrolled times of experienced dysregulation and you’ve been the resource that allows me to refocus my attention and find some sense of tranquility. Would you consider creating a video related very specifically to anger, resentment, and rage? Not to nihilism per say, but to the sense of being wronged by another person(s), for example. Rage can so quickly become so destructive to oneself and those near by nature and learning to self-regulate and release the energy is an enormous personal goal of mine 🙏🏾
My 5-th chakra kinda spasms during the words "I am a creator" because I know I am not, God is. I already changed it "my version of universe". What else could be done?
placing negations in a guided meditation is counterproductive as our subconscious is so susceptible during a meditation and it does not recognize negations.
Can you make a video about climate change/ the political landscape so people can listen and manifest a better world or a better ecosystem in our local communities 😊 I Love all your videos but I think the “spiritual” community really lacks an emphasis on using manifestation tools for others not just themselves
