My husband and I started this before bed last night and let it run all night. Ive been doing so many things to try to reset my nervous system. I am in constant fight or flight and I get a bodily response from this multiple times a day (my neck and chest break out in hives) it has been something I’ve struggled with on and off my whole life. I am a women’s health and mindset coach and I am constantly going live, teaching new things in video or chatting with women in general. This reaction happens multiple times a day. Today I haven’t gotten this reaction once and the one time I felt it during a call I was able to remind myself that I am safe and there is no need for the stress response (like I always do) but this time I had no bodily reaction!!! I will be doing this every night for the next few weeks. Thank you so freaking much!! ❤

I woke up like this… RESTED! Lol. I will echo what so many others have said…this is truly healing. I was admittedly skeptical, but I genuinely feel that this is giving me better sleep and I wake up feeling more calm and vibrant. My nervous system is relaxed and that is life-changing. Thank you so much for all that you do. You truly are a gift!!! 🖤💙🖤

Great video. But remember, breathing in and also out your nose is the efficient and healthiest way to breathe. 1. Nose inhale fill your belly and then your lung 2. Hold 2-3 seconds 3. and exhale through the nose as long as possible. This is a known breathing method according to yogic pranayama teachings

I really wanted this to work after reading the comments, I downloaded the meditation for stress that you leave on over night. Omg it did the opposite for me and it made me so anxious! My heart rate was going quicker, I couldn’t relax, I felt tired and irritable waking up. I usually use the deep hypnosis meditation videos on RUclips without issues but thought I’d try this one out and it did not gel well with me at all, just made me feeling worse :( don’t know if anyone else has had this with these videos?
Tried this for the first time last night. Slept wonderfully. Here’s what’s interesting for me: my sleep stats consistently show a low HRV, in the 40s or 50s, despite a healthy lifestyle, good sleep hygiene, etc. Last night I had a 123. Looking forward to seeing if this is a new trend. Either way, very good first night!
Does the music still play in yawls brain even after turning it off? I genuinely love that. I feel like it’s changed the composition of my cells for the better ❤
Rea, I have a question for you regarding this video. hopefully you see my message and reply :) what is the importance, spiritually speaking of recalibrating our Nervous System? and also, if we are trying to manifest anything, does nervous system has to do anything with it? If yes, How?
I wouldn’t recommend. Listened to it a while back and had a weird day…gave it another try last night and had all the things and thoughts I had worked against mentally come back. WOULDNT RECOMMEND!!!
all it mean is that you are purging out the old thoughts and patterns. Actually if any of this is happening to you, while listening you should really keep going. It’s just your subconscious mind trying to fight off these new thoughts to keep you (safe) / stuck.
It only means that this is working , and your subconscious is trying to fight against it. Keep going/listening and you will completely break free of the old patterns. Maybe you’ve been in this old cycle for so long, to the point where your subconscious is trying to keep you there, because it thinks that’s your safety net. Stand strong and firm and keep going you will get through it.
I was in flight mode for much of the morning until I was like you know what take a second to meditate and relax. I put this on and listened to the first half and then knocked out for 20 mins. I feel so much better 👏🩷

Just a quick question Rea, does the volume have to be audible for this to work or will it work if volume is all the way down?
