Or walking in a dead street at 3am while looking for the nearest fast food place due to having the inability to sleep / no food in the fridge and you have those late hunger pains-
the background whistle like sound, makes me think of a symphony of far of screams echoed through stone halls, as if a torturous maze is saying "welcome", inviting you into some perverse approximation of reality.
I played as Da'an and now that I listen to this I get flashbacks of the words: "Well that solved nothing. All this and you were still none the wiser.". I get flashbacks of every contestant(not moonscorched except for Henry) I killed in cold blood. Their beheaded bodies some of them turned into steaming slop of flesh (organ harvested). Fight with Needles and Stitches realizing what's what then beheading them and turning them into flesh soup. Even beheading pocket cat and then turning him into a pile of flesh (for shits and giggles) only for him to return unharmed offering me to become him (After ending B : Day 4)
This song is the feeling of being in a horrifying world in my opinion. Living in a world of shadowy governments and anomalies, being stuck in a depressed future of a solar system of xenophobic humans who can't build anything new and sad war scarred fantasy races that are abundent either praising dark gods or disgusting replacements of them, Being in a hellscape of a fantasy world with basterdised fantasy creatures as astral abominations flood the land to kill people from the apostles for the godhand, being alone in a universe of omnidestroyer Hell dimensional demon invaders and dickhead angels, living in a world of sexy rapist monster people who cause many to become their sex slaves or one of them, when the oldest of the gods arise, killing all other deities, leaving you with their insane existence, this is the song, of the grim darkness.
no the sound effect is probably a sample apart of whatever digital audio workstation (pretty sure ableton cuz i found the guitar sound effect in there) the ost designer uses. Alot of the time certain sounds are picked cuz they have that oomph that games and stuff want so they get used more frequent
@@cesarecesare9139 ohhhh that explains why it sounds different. i thought i was going insane or there was some weird audio stuff going on (like the sound played differently in the game due to some kind of distortion effect) but it's just two different tracks from two different versions of the game
Brilliant theme. Something about this really feels like a melody that would be made in a world where there is almost no joy left to be felt.
The music that plays when you try to get food at night

Feels oddly calming, ngl
When you stare at the abyss the abyss stares back at you.
More like, "when the Abyss kicks in your front door, you have to look"
Stare at the abyss until it gets either awkward or... romantic

The guitar and screaming combo really reminds me of some of the VtM:B soundtrack.
What is vtm b?

So our current world?
@@Ren-pn6pk No. Wait for Cthulu to wake up man.
@@Ren-pn6pk Update: technically it's dystopian, an ancient dystopia mind you.
You know you just described Warhammer 40.000, right?

Sounds similar to the metro last light theme. Pretty good
What’s crazy is I think the beginning creepy ambience noise was used it murder house by puppet combo in the mall section of the game

my best guess is that it comes from the demo, perhaps. Not sure, though.

i prefer the first F&H main menu theme its more stressful imo BUT STILL BRILLIANT
This is good.
But it has nothing on the equivalent in Fear and Hunger 1
