Lucas (you can see his shoes) ,Ezra ( wearing the gas mask and going into his lair underneath his cabin) , Cece ( driving the car into Emily's house ) are in there , and that song playing "hey little sister what have you done .." and the fact that spencer wore that dress and that her sister thought she killed bethany , just like how when Mrs D kept saying " what have you done " to whoever hit Alison , so it safe to say that Melissa is in there too ...

The thing with the endings is that not all of them are done by one person. Some were Mona, some were Cece, maybe even some are Uber A, and then there are minions and even Ezra. 2nd half of 4th season for example, some were Ezra, and we found out that Mona was also helping him so some of those endings are her. The one ending were the hooded person calls police on Cece...that wasn't Cece, that was whoever knew what Cece was up to...maybe Mona knew, maybe it was Melissa.
Nope, 95% of the A endings from s3 to 6A were CeCe. Only in season 3 some of the A endings were Mona and Toby. In season 4 all the A endings were CeCe expect the Black Veil ending in the first episode of s4. That was Sara Harvey. And the 4x12 gas mask ending as well. It was Ezra. And when the hooded person calls the cops on CeCe, that was Shana. But the rest of the A endings were only CeCe.
The fact that theres no Red Coat(Cece) scenes seems strengthen my theory that she's not on the A-team, but I'm not quite sure yet. And I think someone else was in the gas mask costume in Ravenswood because Ezra told Aria to be careful because he probably knew that A was following them.

Sorry to ruin it but Mona is not dead she is in the dollhouse with the liars helping them to escape (but she thinks that she is Alison) . I think Cindy and Mindy were the ones that try to kill her (she did not die she was unconscious) although she lost a lot of blood doesn't mean that she died. So I think A put her in his boot and took her to the DOLLHOUSE to recover, also I kinda think A has a kind part of him/her/it
Mona was the original "A-" but i don't know who "A-" is now i think it could be : -Paige -Maya(i heard she still alive) -Wren -Noel -Courtney (cece's twin) I think big "A-" will sorprise us ;)
