🎂 when I lived in an apartment on my own during undergrad, I'd "meal prep" dinner and cooked twice a week on Sundays and Wednesdays. It really helped me make sure I always had a solid dinner waiting for me after a long day of work and classes, and I didn't have to resort to easy unhealthy meals or spending money eating out bc I already had food prepared :)

Hi Ava, I’ve been struggling with an eating disorder for the past year or so and your videos have always brought a smile to my face and have been such a nice escape for when I’m really not feeling myself
One of my favorite cooking tips is putting smoked paprika on chicken while frying it. Big game changer. Also, roasting chopped up carrots or broccoli in the ovan with olive oil, salt, and pepper... they turn out tasting sweet and so good! Definitely a favorite way to get vegetables in my diet :)

Girl, I live alone and have found out many ways to cook. You need to go to Costco and buy a pack of Atlantic salmon. It’s so easy they are individually packaged so you just defrost one in cold water for 10 to 12 minutes add some garlic salt garlic powder lemon juice Italian seasoning and butter. Throw that in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes and make some broccoli and rice on the side. It is the easiest meal ever and it taste so good I eat it at least three times a week.

Hey Ava! My husband is in the military and is gone quite a bit so feeding one person has sort of become something I’m all too familiar with. I really try to use all the groceries I would buy each weekend throughout the week. I’d typically buy chicken breasts and ground turkey (chicken or beef-whichever you would prefer) and cook it on sundays and feed myself off of that for the entire week. I would cook my chicken either in a slow cooker with like a 1/2 cup of chicken broth, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder on high for like 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Shred it and then I would use it to top a salad at lunch, throw into a tortilla for a quesadilla, or mix it with some Mayo, plain green yogurt, grillo’s pickles, salt, pepper, garlic powder and make a quick chicken salad that I would put on bread or crackers. The ground turkey I would use for tacos, taco salads, or quesadillas as well. I would cook it with a taco seasoning pack. I would even eat breakfast for dinner after I had gotten home from work and lifted weights. I would do two small tortillas, two eggs scrambled, bacon, and roasted potatoes. Top it with a sprinkle of cheese, some salsa and cholula. You can also roast some potatoes with Braggs 24 spices seasoning mix, get some naan bread, lettuce, feta, black olives (if those are your vibe) and make vegetarian gyros. I would usually serve those with a wannabe chickfila fruit salad and a cola olipop. You can also use those naan breads to make personal pizzas on Friday nights too. I would just my leftover salad ingredients and add it to the side. Also: a toaster oven will be your best friend. Especially one that has the air fryer function. It just saves on counter space, and it won’t heat up your entire living area. It also cooks faster because it’s convection and a smaller area. I ordered the one Kristin John’s has on her IG amazon page and I really like it. I hope this comment didn’t overwhelm you and I hope it helps 🎂

Meal prepping on Sunday is such a good idea Ava! Another thing I did recnetly to help myself with cooking is subscribe to one of those meal delivery services which send you meal kits! I did ChefsPlate but you could absolutely do whichever one is easiest to get in Hawaii. They send you pre-portioned ingredients and the exact instructions and I've literally never had a meal I hated from one of those boxes. They are all so good. Also a meat thermometer is something you absolutely want to invest in if you are inclined to cook with meat more, which meal delivery services are!
avocado on toasted sourdough with a slice or two of either honey ham or turkey and a fried egg has been my go to lately! i leave out the egg if i don’t have enough time and do cheese with tomato and a sprinkle of salt, and lettuce😄 i would love to see a video on where you get your reusable bags and other sustainable items from if you’re feeling up to it! ily and i hope you have a wonderful week! 🤍🌿🌺
Meals like chilli con carne or spaghetti Bolognese take a bit longer but taste sooo good as leftovers (the flavours continue to marinate over time). Love these videos!
If you like Indian food I have a simple recipe: Buy patak’s butter chicken sauce from walmart. Marinate your chicken overnight. I usually use my dry spices and yogurt for marinade. Pan fry your chicken and add that sauce and cook for 10 minutes in low heat. Add heavy cream and cilantro and you are done. Takes about half an hour and tastes yummy. I eat that with rice or plain tortillas. Once your confidence is up start experimenting by adding different things like cashew and other spices.
Chicken is my go-to meal prep meat. I love grilling or air frying it and pairing it with different sides each day so i dont get bored. I like putting it over jasmine rice with steamed veggies, then chicken tacos or fajitas, salad with chicken on top, chicken soup or chicken with egg noodles THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS, AVA
Try a meal kit for a month or two! It’ll help you expand your skills and repertoire of meals!! I love them….dinner for the night and leftovers for lunch the next day ;)
I am very glad that you put the disclaimer in the beginning of this video about how all bodies are different and require different things on different days. A lot of young girls/women watch your channel and it is SO IMPORTANT for them to know this, as they definitely look up to you (as do I! haha!)
one meal that I know how to make by heart besides pasta is rice crispy Chicken.... so basically you take whatever type of chicken you like... my family usually gets the boneless chicken... and you unfreeze the chicken so you can cook with them... take out a crushed bag of rice crispy cereal, melted butter typically uses a full stick of butter for the whole pack of chicken... preheat the oven to 350 degres F. for 25-30 minutes.... cover raw chicken in butter then in crushed rice crispies and place on preped oven pan... i typically cover the pan in olive oil or use tinfoil/parchment paper.... and enjoy! goes great with Mashpatatoes and brocoli!
One breakfast I've been loving lately is pesto toast - it's so easy and you can change it up every day (I like to add avo, tomato, cucumber, arugula, a fried egg, parmesan cheese, or balsamic glaze)! Also nachos/burritos are a really easy dinner that I make a lot. Love your videos Ava!!! 🎂 🎂 🎂
Dinner idea 1: beef noodles recipe: fry garlic and finely chopped onions in some coconut oil, once the onion starts to look a bit clear (before it turns brown) put sliced bell peppers of any colors you like, add chili flakes and any spices you like. in a separate pan, fry some beef strips and when done, add them to the veggies on low heat and add a splash of red wine. let it simmer for a few minutes until the red wine is almost all evaporated. cook some yaki udon noodles or some rice noodles on the side, when noodles are ready add them to the beef and veggie mix and continue to cook them together on low heat for 5 mins. when done, add some sweet and sour sauce (i add loads cause i love it) and enjoyyyy
Love the rawness! Suggestions for brekkie: chocolate oats - warm up oatmilk in a pot then add a tbsp of cocoa powder and half a cup of oats, then add three pieces of dark chocolate and add in mashed banana, then enjoy with some vanilla yoghurt yummm. Lunch: lentil soup, roasted oven sweet or regular potatoes with a salad and guac/salad and a fried egg on the side. Dinner: teach yourself to make summer rolls, so quick and easy! Or a coscous salad. Or a hummus wrap / hummus stuffed pitta. To eat with pasta, I also really got into making a pea pesto (blend 1 cup thawed frozen peas with 1/2 cup walnuts, juice of half a lemon, a handful of spinach/arugola, some salt, pepper, italian herbs and garlic powder, then blend, add a dash of oatmilk for creaminess). Highly recommend learning how to make a kind of pasta bake like lasagna too because that freezes really well. Have fun ❤
Ava! You inspire me to take care of my space, myself, and to do little things for others. You are my motivation and I look up to you so much! You showed me what its like to love myself!
Ava I love your videos, you always know how to make us feel less alone and like we are on this journey with you. Plus your positivity is contagious! :) human sunshine
I have been living alone for 2 years now and I also found it difficult to control what I eat. But this is what I have learned: 1. Eat on time and at set times. 2. Drink plenty of water and forbid yourself from sugary drinks. 3. Sugar and fatty snacks are only allowed on weekends. 4. Agree with yourself to eat at least 200 grams of vegetables and 2 pieces of fruit every day. 5. Avoid carbohydrates as much as possible. Healthy snack tips: Boiled egg, 100% peanut butter, carrot with fresh hummus, cucumber salad, watermelon, dates with peanut butter, unsalted nuts. Snacking is actually not necessary when your meals are richly filled. Good luck Ava!🥰
meatballs and rice!! theres so many variations (store bought meatballs, plant-based, white rice, brown rice, quinoa, etc.) and you can also make a nice side salad and really yummy sauce!
One snack that I LOVE is mixing yogurt with peanut butter, cinnamon and granola and then dipping apples in that!! So good love you and your videos thanks for making me and everyone else happy💖
ngl my dream is to live in Hawaii, that's like the main thing of my life I'm just too broke to do it. so watching these honestly is so comforting, they make me feel like I'm there especially with how real Ava is with her community! ilysm
I love making a healthy rice bowl with tofu, brown rice, avocado, cucumbers, some sort of teriyaki sauce, and sometimes kimchi! I also really love putting all sorts of roasted veggies over rice with hummus. Cauliflower, tomatoes, eggplant whatever u want with some seasonings is always soo good and I think I it’s a lot tastier way to get some veggies in! ❤️
Some easy dinner/ lunch ideas: quesadia, grilled cheese, sandwich, meat cheese and crackers, burrito Breakfast: Bread, avacado toast, breakfast pizza, toast with an over easy egg in it, waffles Snack ideas: bananas covered in peanut butter, chips and guac, fruit and dip
my go to breakfast is banana pancakes is so so good almost et it every day!!! ingredients: 1 banana oatmeal fav sweetener almond milk 2 eggs dash of baking powder or baking soda blend it and just put it in a pan like a normal pancake and put some chocolate chips for toppings
One of the first meals I learned how to make us homemade tacos! Pro tip: make the shell from a small tortilla and put Parmesan on the outside of the shell😍 beef/chicken, beans, cheese, homemade guac, add lots of lettuce and pico de gallo and you’re golden! Another easy meal that you can make a lot of and have leftovers is chicken, white rice, and broccoli or vegetable of your choice. For the rice add butter, lemon, pepper, a little garlic salt maybe, and whatever other spices you’re feeling. My personal fav is chicken pasta salad! You get lots of veggies but it actually tastes good lol (pasta, chicken, celery, cherry tomatoes, basil, kidney beans, salt n pepper, olive oil, red wine vinegar, etc). I’m not a chef but my mom makes these and they’re amazing! (I’m giving out all her secrets, hope you guys enjoy haha)
i love how ava is so true to herself about what she wants and needs to eat and doesn't force herself into eating foods she doesn't want to eat or aren't good for her🍰
I have a notes on my phone called 'Meals you can always make' and there I list everything I can make, its so useful to look back on for recipe ideas ❤ I meal prep every week using it!
Dinner ideas!: I just learned to make Pad Thai and it’s so so tasty with shrimp or chicken! A lazier version of that I also make is just making rice noodles or udon noodles and heating the veggies and meat with butter, garlic, and soy sauce and it’s super tasty.
I taught myself how to make fried rice a while back- it is a game changer! The key is using jasmine rice and not forgetting the sesame oil. Once you know how it’s a great easy meal!
For most days I've been loving a small bowl of cinnamon oatmeal with buttered toast or buttered matzo crackers on the side. At least once a week I make a "Hungry Man Breakfast": scrabbled eggs, homefries, avocado, bacon and buttered toast ❤
Thai green curry and butter nut quash Mac and cheese are super easy and a great way to get in vegetables! Also minestrone, I cook for myself at college and these are my faves. Also Thai spring rolls, and gochujang oyster mushrooms are also great!
Ahhh! What a perfect way to spend a lazy Sunday, by watching a 'lazy edition' vlog! Thanks so much for another awesome video.. I enjoy and love your vlogs so much! 😍🥰
🎂🍰🧁 Easy food recc: I've been obsessed with making this as breakfast for dinner and brunch lately bc it's so easy Preheat oven to about 350 Get a few potatoes, Dice them into small squares, In an oven safe dish cover bottom w oil, then put in potatoes, Mix in seasonings (ex: taco seasoning) and oil, Cover with lid or foil, Bake for about an hour, maybe less (depends on potato quantity I think. Idk really.) You can check it halfway through but you can really mostly just forget about it When that's done, let it cool a bit, While doing that, heat some tortillas (I prefer corn), Then prepare some eggs however you prefer . You you can put together a delicious breakfast taco, Topping suggestions: cheese, salsa, guacamole, sour cream
Tips from someone who didn't know how to cook for myself as well!! Every Sunday I brainstorm what I want to eat for the week. I usually have some variation of the same thing for breakfast and lunch everyday- and it seems like you do a similar thing- so just make sure you've got your breakfast & lunch essentials on hand! Then, I'll come up with like 3 or so dinner ideas. Try to think of stuff you can have leftovers of and eat the next night, so you don't have to cook every day. Pasta is great, homemade soup (i LOVE chicken noodle) is actually super easy, curry, any combo of rice/pasta, veggies & protein. Just choose those 3 meals, find out all of the ingredients, go grocery shopping for what you don't have and voila! You're ready for your week of cooking. And think about it- maybe 2/3 meals have rice, so make a bigger batch than normal for the 2nd meal. Maybe each meal has similar ingredients, but you can switch up the seasonings and little things to make them different! You've got this!
ahh Ava the video is so honest and lovely again!!🌈 ✨ You radiate so much positivity :)) we love your videos. Greetings from Big island ( we actually come from Germany, but live in Hawaii right now 🌺) xx Kiki & nane 💌
I have two meal recommendations that I’ve been eating for sooo long!! 1) Cut up chicken, rub Cajun powder onto it, cut some peppers if ya want, fry it all off in a pan with oil, and then put it in a bowl with some rice. I’m from England so I’m not sure if you have this brand but Google it and maybe you can find an alternative for your country; it’s the Golden Vegetable Rice by Ben’s Original. 2) same thing w the chicken and peppers but also cook some pasta then put them both together adding mascarpone cheese (a sauce thing that I get in a tub) and salt and pepper!! Love ur videos, hope you like the food?? Haha! :))
Current Brekky obsession: overnight oats/chia! I put chia, oats, protein powder and water in a glass jar in the fridge. Then the next morning I just add yoghurt and fruit. So quick and healthy
current breakfast OBSESSION is making french toast w the same bread u used. splash of almond milk 2eggs vanilla cinnamon all whisked up and put in a hot pan. finish w sugar free maple syrup and it’s really not even unhealthy at all. basically just eggs on toast and i’m IN LOVE w it rn
One of my favourite quick and easy meals is roasted vegetable tortellini, just roast peppers, tomatoes, garlic gloves, red onion, courgette in olive oil/basil/seasoning. Whilst that is in the oven and about 5 mins from ready I cook stuffed tortellini, when both cooked, drain pasta, get veg out of oven and add pasta to the veg and stir in. I then top with spinach and some cheese, whatever I have in the fridge. Comfort food but also getting some veg in.
Girl, you NEED to try Hello Fresh! Everything is already prepped and portioned for you. It makes cooking SO easy, and everything tastes amazing! It could be really helpful for trying new recipes and learning how to make different things! 😊🎂🍰💕
Meal prep and freeze some of it so it lasts a while since I get extremely bored with my food, this helps food waste. I love making lentil pasta, cauliflower gnocchi with different veggies and protein, chicken with cauliflower rice, and I make a protein Buffalo chicken dip. I recommend making something that’s extremely versatile like ground Turkey to mix up meals throughout the week too! You can mix it with salad, eggs, put it in a burrito, make it teriyaki style for lettuce cups, and putting it in pasta.
A huge game changer for me was getting chicken breasts, seasoning it with different sauces (buffalo/teriyaki/bbq) and putting it in zip lock baggies in the freezer. This way if I ever want chicken it’s already nice and flavorful, all you have to do is de-frost and pop it in the oven. :)
Right now Im really loving Toast with spread jam, ricotta cheese on top with Strawberries, blueberries, chia, hemp, and pumpkin seeds and nuts (I use sliced almonds)
You should try PASTA WITH PESTO, dryed tomatoes and/or normal tomatoes, lamb lettuce and put some pine nuts on top! it is so simple to make but so delisious:)
I always make chicken, rice, and veggies of some sort for meal prep. And to make it taste good I add either teriyaki or like an orange chicken sauce. It is super easy and super yummy!!
newest breakfast craze: peanut butter banana toast!!! I had a craze of this a couple years ago and it came back stronger than ever. I have been in this craze longer than normal for me but I also have been mixing it up by adding chia seeds, jelly, cinnamon, and lately all three. its CHEFS KISS!
Avocado on toast is so good for breakfast. Also make this asain inspired breakfast sometimes. It’s rice that I make the night before with a over easy egg and diced up veggies (either broccoli or spinach). Fey up the veg and rice together than put egg on top. So good
Loooved this video!! Your videos are so chill and relaxing to watch, and also inspiring for a fellow 21-year old who’s making their first attempt at adult life too:) thank you Ava!!
Breakfast ideas that I love are: Apple pie parfait (yogurt, granola, chopped apples, almond butter, agave, and cinnamon) this could be turned into a toast too with thinly sliced apples on top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and drizzle of honey or agave. Any other fruit and yogurt parfait. Smoothie bowls (a thick smoothie with granola, fresh fruit, almond butter, whatever your heart desires lol). Oatmeal protein pancakes (pretty much any recipe is good). Toast with hummus and a scramble of eggs or tofu and any veggies you like. Hope this helps!!
one of my new favorite breakfasts to make is chia pudding! if you like smoothie bowls i think you’ll like something like this. i found a ton of recipes online and i use coconut milk, vanilla, honey, and chia seeds and i just prepare the mixture the night before and then the morning of i’ll cut up a couple strawberries and a banana and use those as a topping. it’s so yummy!!
first time in your channel and instantly in love. thank you for the reminder to have balance in my eating habits! pls share what you use for editing your vids 🙏🏻
one of my favorite recipes to make is a garlic herb chicken my mom taught me how to make (it’s also one of the only things i can make but that’s not the point lol) here’s the recipe, i hope you make it xx - chicken breast - parsley (fresh or dried i prefer dried) - garlic powder - little bit of lemon juice - olive or grapeseed oil (put on pan first, i usually use grapeseed) - cavender all purpose greek seasoning (most important ingredient!!) - pepper (and salt if you want but the cavenders is really salty so i don’t recommend) i personally like to go heavy on my seasonings but that’s just me xx literally my go to. tastes amazing on salad or plain or however else you want but i really recommend trying it out and i hope you try it :)
Totally feel you about it’s hard to cook while living alone. I lived alone for over a year and I had to change the mentality to: “I can cook enough servings for multiple people it just means I won’t have to make lunch tomorrow cause LEFTOVERS!” I love leftovers
Your apartment feels so cozy! Especially at dinnertime when you lit the candles and you had that warm lamplight behind you. I'd love to be in a place like that and see the lights of the city out the window 💗I think this was a really good realistic picture of living alone. As long as you're eating regularly, it's okay for the meals to vary in size and timing and type of food! I cook more hearty meals for myself now that I'm older and have been living on my own for a long time, but sometimes you just gotta eat whatever feels right 😊
Ava is the definition of aesthetic and realistic at the same time.. so calming to watch your videos

Buy patak’s butter chicken sauce from walmart.
The perfect way to start off a Sunday☀️🥰Thank you for being so real and letting us grow with you Ava!
A lot of young girls/women watch your channel and it is SO IMPORTANT for them to know this, as they definitely look up to you (as do I! haha!)
Look up "sheet pan meals" , basically just throwing a protein+veggie+seasonings on one pan in the oven and ur done!
one meal that I know how to make by heart besides pasta is rice crispy Chicken.... so basically you take whatever type of chicken you like... my family usually gets the boneless chicken... and you unfreeze the chicken so you can cook with them... take out a crushed bag of rice crispy cereal, melted butter typically uses a full stick of butter for the whole pack of chicken... preheat the oven to 350 degres F. for 25-30 minutes.... cover raw chicken in butter then in crushed rice crispies and place on preped oven pan... i typically cover the pan in olive oil or use tinfoil/parchment paper.... and enjoy! goes great with Mashpatatoes and brocoli!
Dinner idea 1:
beef noodles recipe: fry garlic and finely chopped onions in some coconut oil, once the onion starts to look a bit clear (before it turns brown) put sliced bell peppers of any colors you like, add chili flakes and any spices you like. in a separate pan, fry some beef strips and when done, add them to the veggies on low heat and add a splash of red wine. let it simmer for a few minutes until the red wine is almost all evaporated. cook some yaki udon noodles or some rice noodles on the side, when noodles are ready add them to the beef and veggie mix and continue to cook them together on low heat for 5 mins. when done, add some sweet and sour sauce (i add loads cause i love it) and enjoyyyy
Have fun ❤
The breakfast sounds great!!
Good luck Ava!🥰
a super easy meal prep I love is: 1 box of pasta, olive oil, a can of fire roasted tomatoes, basil leaves, & (vegan) parmesan cheese on top
Yes!! try to think of cooking for yourself as a way of showing yourself love! It def helps me to eat better/more at home
i absolutely LOVE this series! please continue this and good luck with finding more cooking recipes!
meatballs and rice!! theres so many variations (store bought meatballs, plant-based, white rice, brown rice, quinoa, etc.) and you can also make a nice side salad and really yummy sauce!
Some easy dinner/ lunch ideas: quesadia, grilled cheese, sandwich, meat cheese and crackers, burrito
Breakfast: Bread, avacado toast, breakfast pizza, toast with an over easy egg in it, waffles
Snack ideas: bananas covered in peanut butter, chips and guac, fruit and dip
Just seeing you grow in your cooking skills makes me so happy for you!!
my go to breakfast is banana pancakes is so so good almost et it every day!!!
ingredients:
1 banana
oatmeal
fav sweetener
almond milk
2 eggs
dash of baking powder or baking soda
blend it
and just put it in a pan like a normal pancake
and put some chocolate chips for toppings
(I’m giving out all her secrets, hope you guys enjoy haha)
i love how ava is so true to herself about what she wants and needs to eat and doesn't force herself into eating foods she doesn't want to eat or aren't good for her🍰
Ava, I have literally been looking up recipes on tiktok and cooking them. My mom loves when I cook and she likes the meals!
I have a notes on my phone called 'Meals you can always make' and there I list everything I can make, its so useful to look back on for recipe ideas ❤ I meal prep every week using it!
Dinner ideas!:
I just learned to make Pad Thai and it’s so so tasty with shrimp or chicken!
A lazier version of that I also make is just making rice noodles or udon noodles and heating the veggies and meat with butter, garlic, and soy sauce and it’s super tasty.
Okay I love how calming and relaxed your videos are!! Love how u keep it real ♡
I'm really happy to see you actually eat and show snacks it's like people on youtube never have snacks lol
I taught myself how to make fried rice a while back- it is a game changer! The key is using jasmine rice and not forgetting the sesame oil. Once you know how it’s a great easy meal!
i love how i can always count on your videos to make me feel calmed and in a good mindset❤️❤️❤️ much love from MN
For most days I've been loving a small bowl of cinnamon oatmeal with buttered toast or buttered matzo crackers on the side. At least once a week I make a "Hungry Man Breakfast": scrabbled eggs, homefries, avocado, bacon and buttered toast ❤
So proud of you, Ava! I love that I’m getting to grow up along side you:)
🎂🍰🧁
Easy food recc:
I've been obsessed with making this as breakfast for dinner and brunch lately bc it's so easy
Preheat oven to about 350
Get a few potatoes,
Dice them into small squares,
In an oven safe dish cover bottom w oil, then put in potatoes,
Mix in seasonings (ex: taco seasoning) and oil,
Cover with lid or foil,
Bake for about an hour, maybe less (depends on potato quantity I think. Idk really.)
You can check it halfway through but you can really mostly just forget about it
When that's done, let it cool a bit,
While doing that, heat some tortillas (I prefer corn),
Then prepare some eggs however you prefer .
You you can put together a delicious breakfast taco,
Topping suggestions: cheese, salsa, guacamole, sour cream
I am now going to say Salmonvanilla on a daily basis. i always learn so much from you Ava :)
Haha! :))
I would love to see “learn to cook with me” videos. Kisses for you Ava❤️🎂
This is the best way to put it, ur videos makes me feel free. 🌟
I could watch you all day. Your vibe is so calming and I love to watch your videos when I clean and do schoolwork!
“diFfErEnT shApEs Of pAsta TasTe diFferEnt”
agreed🥴✨
*My current fav breakfast!
Girl, you NEED to try Hello Fresh! Everything is already prepped and portioned for you. It makes cooking SO easy, and everything tastes amazing! It could be really helpful for trying new recipes and learning how to make different things! 😊🎂🍰💕
they don’t ship to hawaii
They have great recipes but they don’t ship to Hawaii unfortunately
@@user-jr6gn5ce4i awe man, I didn’t know that!
@@jaydas8976 that truly is unfortunate 🙁
Meal prep and freeze some of it so it lasts a while since I get extremely bored with my food, this helps food waste. I love making lentil pasta, cauliflower gnocchi with different veggies and protein, chicken with cauliflower rice, and I make a protein Buffalo chicken dip. I recommend making something that’s extremely versatile like ground Turkey to mix up meals throughout the week too! You can mix it with salad, eggs, put it in a burrito, make it teriyaki style for lettuce cups, and putting it in pasta.
POV: Ava makes you fantasize about living alone and being financially independent in Hawaii ✨
I already fantasized about living in Hawaii and she has increased that a LOT😭☀️
A huge game changer for me was getting chicken breasts, seasoning it with different sauces (buffalo/teriyaki/bbq) and putting it in zip lock baggies in the freezer. This way if I ever want chicken it’s already nice and flavorful, all you have to do is de-frost and pop it in the oven. :)
I love these calming aesthetic vlogs so much🥰 thank you for making them we all appreciate you so much ava💗
My favorite go to meal is sheet pan chicken fajitas! So simply to get together and ready in 15 minutes. I usually have left overs for about 2-3 days
Avocado on toast is so good for breakfast. Also make this asain inspired breakfast sometimes. It’s rice that I make the night before with a over easy egg and diced up veggies (either broccoli or spinach). Fey up the veg and rice together than put egg on top. So good
I get so excited to watch your videos because I know how I will feel so amazing afterwards due to your positive energy. Lots of love from Switzerland
in loved watching this. i sometimes watch these kind of videos and no one really snacks like i do - but u do and its really nice to see
and comforting to watch
Hope this helps!!
one of my new favorite breakfasts to make is chia pudding! if you like smoothie bowls i think you’ll like something like this. i found a ton of recipes online and i use coconut milk, vanilla, honey, and chia seeds and i just prepare the mixture the night before and then the morning of i’ll cut up a couple strawberries and a banana and use those as a topping. it’s so yummy!!
first time in your channel and instantly in love. thank you for the reminder to have balance in my eating habits! pls share what you use for editing your vids 🙏🏻
one of my favorite recipes to make is a garlic herb chicken my mom taught me how to make (it’s also one of the only things i can make but that’s not the point lol)
here’s the recipe, i hope you make it xx
- chicken breast
- parsley (fresh or dried i prefer dried)
- garlic powder
- little bit of lemon juice
- olive or grapeseed oil (put on pan first, i usually use grapeseed)
- cavender all purpose greek seasoning (most important ingredient!!)
- pepper (and salt if you want but the cavenders is really salty so i don’t recommend)
i personally like to go heavy on my seasonings but that’s just me xx
literally my go to. tastes amazing on salad or plain or however else you want but i really recommend trying it out and i hope you try it :)
