I really appreciate this video since there are very few videos that explain these kinds of topics in Orcad and I just have a task in which they ask me to edit the depletion mosfet but I have the following problem, I only have data: Idss=8mA and Vp=-5V, how can I edit the values of these especially for the Idss?, I still haven't found a way to do it. If you know how it would be done, I would appreciate it a lot.

How can we measure and plot 'Cgs' values for different 'Vgs' sweep values (C-V characteristic) of MOS and/or Varactor in Orcad PSpice? thanks.
