      There’s nothing wrong with rdls on the smith machine. It takes out the stabilization needed vs using a barbell and you can feel it in the muscle more. And it can allow you to push more weight. As long as the person is aware that stabilizer muscles won’t be worked, there’s nothing wrong with it. You sound uneducated and just jealous of her physique 🫣
