मेटरनिटी के दौरान कही दूसरी जगह ट्रांसफर हो जाने से मेटरनिटी लिव खत्म हो जाती है??? प्लीज बताए, मेरी वाइफ का ट्रांसफर मेटरनिटी के दौरान हुआ है पर अब नई जगह जोइनिंग लेने मात्र से ही वहाँ के अधिकारी बोल रहे हैं कि अब मेटरनिटी स्वत् ही खत्म हो गयी आपकी,,,जबकि मेरी वाइफ ने कोई ड्यूटी नही की, सिर्फ जोइनिंग ली है,,, ओर अभी जब तक लिखित जवाब नही आता तब तक मेडिकल पर है। प्लीज सर जवाब दे.....बहुत समस्या आ रही है🙏🙏🙏
Hi Sir, I am an expecting mother where I have gone for maternity in the year2012 once and. I lost the child at the time of delivery and the other was in 2013 . So I have only one kid but gone for 2 maternity leaves before 2017. Now I am planning for a 2nd baby and it will be my Maternity. I am working as an IT employee and gone for past 2 maternity leaves in the same company and planning for 3rd as well. In this case, will I be eligible for either 12 weeks or 26 weeks paid leave as per the 2017 new maternity act. Kindly reply.
Why paternity leaves are very less? Even males also face a pregnancy pressure in family and upbringing of children, he also goes through a lot of pressure. Today in a nuclear family culture, males also take equal pain to raise children, in fact sometimes more. So why there is inequality for this chapter, if there is policy of equal employments?
