As far as switching our focus away from the happenings of the matrix, 3 things are still very concerning regardless of our ability to tune them out - Global Warming, North Korea's missile tests and 5G affecting our consciousness/pineal glands in a Fluoride-esque way. We can't always be the neutral higher perspective and switch our focus away from these low vibrational frays happening in our present environment? PS fellow Vancouverite! The subject can be replaced by any other wordly matter like the ones you mentioned, it's more about the holistic approach in general.
