I've been using a Trangia, the one with the original triangular stand, for over 20 years, and it still works great. I wanted the option of using wood or alcohol, so bought the Solo Stove. I've used the Trangia burner in the Solo Stove lite, and it is awesome! Something about the design of the Solo Stove seems to increase the burn rate of the Trangia - just seems to have bigger, stronger flame when used with the Solo Stove.
