I really wish gran turismo had some type of free roam in the game to drive around, maybe like a very small little city with streets to test drive cars. Maybe it's because I'm more biased towards open world racing games but I guarantee some people who play gran turismo will agree with me.
I dobut so, but maybe if the community shows this wish to them, they can listen to it and add a free roam course. I feel like theyre slowly listening to their fanbase and being more open to new ideas to add to the GT series Like those tokyo long street roads they added to GT5, GT6 Etc
They added “meeting spots” on certain tracks which is as close as it’ll probably get for now, but maybe in the future they will add something similar to what you’re looking for

I thought it worked the other way around. If you fit custom parts and thén the widebody it removes the parts. But if you put the widebody with the parts 'over' it they will stay. Seems logic too.
Becaus of that oil-change ... If i remember correctly it only gave u HP if it was used oil beforehand. So if you bought a used car it would give u some horses back. Also u did lose some HP after driving your new bought car for a while. So the color of the oil changed, and if you replace it with new oil you got your horses back till the next time the oil was old and needed to be changed. Don't got gt7 so far, so i don't know if that's the case now aswell.
slap, if you go to the livery editor and go to the search decals section and type Japanese, there's a bunch of Japanese license plates for your cars. it's pretty cool
I'm not a fan of PlayStation, but this game definitely makes me want to buy one just to play GT7. I used to play GT4 when I was a kid. All of the previous Gran Turismos were lacking all the vibes the original GTs gave me. But GT7 brought everything good about the old Gran Turismo back. It's perfection. I completed GT4 at the age of 10.

No boost/antilag, but I'm spitting flames like dragon!! The exhaust sound is like a finely tuned orchestra. Fun car to tame is the R5 Turbo.

I think we need an updated chase cam mode though. That view isn't good for drifting imo... Maybe just an extra one we can toggle too, while still having the original style. I hate cam fixed to the rear bumper with modern physics.

@@nerdnec try watching some Formula Drift man and imagine a chase cam behind those drifting beasts. It's almost exactly how smoke from drifting behaves (except the smoke don't last too long in GT7 than in real life) Also it seems realistic as the smoke gets pulled by the car's aerodynamics.
I wish the mod prices were as realistic as some of the car prices. Lol nitrous (if you have a factory boosted car) is cheaper than most bolt ons in real life

You can add wide body and cosmetics, just don't add cosmetics and then wide body because it will remove them. You have to put on the wide body first.

If you put the wide body kit on 1st then you can attach other parts. If you put parts on then try to add body kit it will remove them.

Slap you should definitely try the type 2 wobble cam in cockpit view when drifting, it looks insane.

You can add cosmetics after you install the wide body, it just clears whatever you had on it if you install a wide body after customizing

You can add carbon lips etc after fitting the widebody, bit the parts you buy for the non windy body will not fit on the widebody. Makes sense though

The smoke is the biggest improvement but the game needs increase the sense of torque in turbo cars.
if the cockpit camera moved longitudinal it would increase the sense of speed and torque.
