It's almost harmless. When I was a kid my family kept pigs, I was 5-6 years old and climbed into their enclosure and started riding on the back of the piggies like they were horses. Pigs are not predators and are not agresive. They are not thirsty of human blood like panthers or tigers.

You have to be careful and fully alert, because they'll try to turn to gut you. The screaming you just go deaf.
