The Patient Assessment Medical Sheet is probably one of the first assessment sheets you will find in EMT class. Whether you are going through EMR class, EMT class, AEMT school or Paramedic Academy you will at some point encounter the patient assessment medical scenario.
I wanted to create a full review video of patient assessment medical and the NREMT practical sheet. I will show you the exact steps of the patient assessment medical sheet and how to always remember the EMT steps.
In the medical assessment scenario, you may encounter conditions such as anaphylaxis, chest pain, apneic patients, difficulty breathing and the need to begin BVM ventilations.
I would recommend watching this video as many times as you need to understand the major sections and steps of the patient assessment medical sheet. Feel free to use this video as EMT practice as you prepare for your EMT skills evaluation in class. You will find this sheet at that state level for EMTs, and at the AEMT level for NREMT.
Let me know once you pass your psychomotor/skills evaluation!
    Be great,
