One would at the generations of black men and their way of handing tresses in life. But God, through Jesus Christ our Lord, has made a way out of no way. You can speak to the professional school counselor and/or the school social worker. They can provide you with a list of mental health professionals in your area. You can access your employee assistance program EAP which is a part of your benefits. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card. If you are in college. You can go to the student health services center.
