Recently bought FlyTampa EHAM. Was absolutely amazing - I would actually have to say the frame rates are just as good, if not better than Dubai. Seeing how many runways Schiphol has and the sheer size of the airport, the details and quality it has, with performance considered, I would recommend to absolutely anyone. :D
Totally agree with you. v1 when I got about a year ago It was lagging as hell and now v2 I get now 30fps. The detail is amazing definitely get it if you haven't. Even If you don't fly into EHAM just do IT.

When we were gonna leave, there is a hotel, just to your right on approach into 26R. I sat out there spotting 73s and A320s all day. Even spotted a C-130. Though common in the states lol. And a side note, that 737 you are flying, had some problems I believe when I was there, as people boarded, but 15 minutes later deboarded

You know that if you want the "ding-dong" not the "ding.... ding...." you can push the attend button underneath the chime switch. It sounds so much better! :)

I am considering switching over to P3D because it seems to look better and more people are using it now, as I would like to start playing online. Do you think that it is worth the investment? My only fear is that my system will not run it well (runs FSX quite decently) or that my addons will not be transferable. Thanks

actually on VATSIM they are ALL other players/simmers. All the controlers and pilots are human as most pilots on this network do not use AI traffic ( which is nevertheless available ) to avoid confusion.
not that simple there are 4 main sims that are more or less available. FSX ( pretty outdated ) Prepar3D by Martin Lockheed, XPlan10 and XPlane 11 ( still in beta version at this point ). Those are the simulators, to get all the atmosphere in this video you also need to sign up to a network like VATSIM ( in this here video ) IVAO or PilotEdge ( which is much more professional and for which you need to pay ).

I'd try finding and installing the correct drivers for your Logitech yoke. After that it should work fine.
when departing, what are V1 and V2 for? is it just me or is only the Rotate call the importsnt bit?
V1 is the speed In which you can't stop you will be forced to take-off
