SO GLAD we got rid of Gregory (his leaving turned out to be a blessing in disguise). When he lost his cool towards the end of the game, I thought we should get rid of him. He never has consistently produced.
And not that it would change the game, SF won that game and last year’s game fair and square. All these young Cowboys fans think the 49ers own the Cowboys AND the series between them. But it’s actually about even and I’ve been watching the rivalry since the 49er QB was John Brodie, Y.A. Tittle and Steve DeBurg. And we owned them until 1981 and “The Catch.” Probably the greatest NFC Chip I ever saw. Would have been better if we had won but we got our revenge in 1992.
