I have the 2023 Calligraphy which I appreciate if only for the blackened grill. The trim below the grill should be painted, imo. They should work on the wind noise. Awesome SUV.
@@kraftwerk155 I ordered PHEV. latest update email from Hyundai was to build in Nov. hopefully it will be 2023 model but nothing mentioned in the email.
I'm currently renting a 2023 Santa fe and cannot figure out the buttons for the life of me - this review helped somewhat - glad to see that the meters, timers and such can be reset by selecting and holding "ok" - BUT - HOW??? The dang "ok" next to the paddle buttons is not a button itself, it is just "ok" painted on the hard plastic of the steering wheel! It's nice that you showed that you CAN reset these informational features but HOW do you reset these things??? THAT would be extremely helpful information that you skipped right over by unnecessarily focusing on the screen display of the action happening instead of demonstrating the necessary actions needed to make it happen.
Uh no. It's perfectly acceptable. Not everyone wants to burn extra fuel in a vehicle that isn't built to go fast. With it's 8 speed auto, it does just fine.
@@rpestess there are other engine options... the hybrid models, the Urban and calligraphy versions all have more power. The Urban and calligraphy both have a turbo charged 2.5 making 281 HP and 311 ft pounds of torque
Thank you so much for all the details!!
thank you for the comment!!!
do the side mirrors for this fold? I have been reading manuals, looking for this feature. Wont be bad if the mirrors could fold when you lock the car
Only in the top trim (Ultimate/limited)
Otherwise they are only manual folding.

geeee... i'm still waiting for my 2022 model since Jan.... and it's not even built yet!
It'll probably be a 2023 model
Is it hybrid or PHEV?

@@jhch2032 My update this month for my Ioniq5 had it swap from 22' to 23'. So I'm betting you're in the same boat! :)
@@jhch2032 Surely it will be 2023 model, they don't manufacturing 2022 any more. But don't expect any new features.
Nice review. I love my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy that I bought 2 months ago. Great car for the money.
You should check out my review of the Calligraphy!
The blue color of the body and the silver/chrome color of the front grille match VERY well. WOW!. 👍🏼👌🏼😉
Thx for the comment!
Your reviews are the absolute best anywhere!! Concise and to the point. Thank you so much
Awe thanks!

Sorry?
The up and down toggle button IS also the ok button.... Instead of rocking it up or down, press it inwards.
Thanks!!
No problem!
Hi, what’s the tow capacity of this vehicle?
This one is 2000lbs in North America
@@edsgarage001 👍
it’s going to be hard to get a teardrop camper with a shower under that weight range.
187 hp. "All you need"? You have got to be kidding!

@@edsgarage001 Lots of people need more power for towing etc. There should be an option for a bigger engine.
