I found your channel because I recently bought a 2023 Hyundai Tucson Highlander (the highest trim named here in Australia) and I like your review of Tucson and its features. Your video are very useful to me and my family. Keep going with who you are and present the way you want to. Your new fan and subscriber from Sydney!
13:21 totally agree. Ive watched a lot of reviews and the touch buttons is what they always complain. It's like they touch/adjust the controls all the time
Hi Ed! Thank you for your in-depth review. It was very helpful. In your opinion, which is better Preferred Trend or Urban? Or what are some of the major differences between the two? I see them to be very similar barring some minor exterior changes.
I think the preferred trend is the better value honestly. Unless you really like the look of the urban in which case that's all you're really getting, is just "better" looks. However because looks are subjective, if you like the trend as much as the urban then the trend definitely makes more sense. BUT, for my money, I'd take the N-line over both. Nicer wheels imo Digital instrument cluster Shift by wire Bose audio Ambient Lighting Etc. And it's the same price as the urban 🤷
@@edsgarage001 Thank you so much! Your reviews have been super insightful and influential in helping me make a decision. I think I'm leaning towards the Pref Trend. Keep up the great work Ed! Cheers!
Believe it or not, most cars from most companies have been leatherette for the last 30 odd years. Generally only high end luxury cars use real leather. (Top trim Palisade uses real leather) Hyundais leatherette holds up exceptionally well, I've seen 15 year old Hyundais with 300 plus thousand km and the seats still look good. As for look and feel, you can't really tell the difference to be honest.
How do they handle the snow like the palisade. So I just recently bought a palisade limited I was wondering if you could discuss differences between palisade limited and calligraphy.
The snow ability is a bit better in the Tucson (being that it's a bit smaller, lighter, tighter) And the htrac system is basically the same. I'm actually in Canada though... We don't have the limited trim here, so i don't think I'd be much help.
@@edsgarage001 I am curious to see the exhaust . Non north American model have luxary looking premium exhaust. Internals seems to skip ventilated seats and 8 inch screen . No wireless charger as well.
I don’t agree! A Santa Cruz is more than capable to do off-roading! I used to go off beaten path here in northern Ontario in my 2012 Santa Fe (those were 1 inch higher and had a solid V6).
Gravel roads with a few small ruts... My point is, Hyundai does not produce an off road vehicle. I'm an avid off road enthusiast, and what I do isn't possible with any Hyundai. No low range, no lockers, no under body protection, rims are too big, no aggressive tires, ground clearance is just "ok" 🤷 Will they be used off road... Sure. Will they get much farther then a forest service road, no.
If people think you are biased then they are in wrong place . Lol you are not regular youtube reviewer. I dont find anything wrong with bias , if you are not going to talk about hyundai then who is ? Can't please everyone.
I thought you did at the beginning my old ears might be broken 😅 Does this model also have all the cool camera angles while driving like the ultimate does?

Right!?
Hey Ed! I really like the Tucson however does it have any fire recalls or is it a reliable vehicle? Those are my only concerns
The fully resigned Tucson from 2022 onward has been very reliable.
The troublesome years are from the previous generation
Thanks! I was just concerned about the reliability.
Great review! Can you make a review of 2023 Hyundai Tucson N-line edition? Thanks
As soon as I have one!
Thx!

Great review. Can you tell me your opinion on the leatherette vs leather regarding, looks, feel and how you think they’ll hold up.

Is the Urban "Limited version in US?
No, I think the Ultimate is closer to the US limited
I don't agree that you are biast. I find that you always provide information I don't get from other reviewers. Keep up the good work!
Thanks John!
Can you please do a review on the 2023 Tucson luxury hybrid
As soon as I see one, that's the plan 🙂
Is it possible to get video on 2023 hev luxury 🤔
As soon as I see one, sure 😊
Mind you, there's not going to be much difference from the 22.
