Hello po ilang years po ba yung tagal ng printer mam? Yung sa akin kasi pagmatagal na ang gamit yung sa scanner nya magputol putol na po...any idea po mam paanu ayusin yun sa scanner nya po thanks...

sorry late reply matagal n ung sakin mag 1 yr n dn. ngaun usually sa paper ung problem. naeexpired dn kasi ung thermal paper try mo bili bago paper

inkless po sya. so as long as na thermal paper ang gagamitin mo hindi po mawawalan. if ever malabo po ung pag print try nyo lang linisan yung pinaka head nung printer. punasan nyo lang ng tela na hndi mahimulmol woth alcohol ng konti
