It doesn't need print, it uses heat to print, the special paper alreadyas has the ink and the printer heats it to make the numbers and signs appear in it, if it is not printing then the printer head might be dirty or you need better quality paper.
hi mam, baka lang po na-experience nyo na yung habang nagpprint ka ng receipt bigla syang magsshut down yung printer mismo.then di na lalabas yung receipt.. baka po may solution kayo dito. (full charge naman po yung printer)
