yours is my favourite reaction ever from a lady ,your voice is smooth and soothing and i could tell by the expressions on your face that you were enjoying the wonderful sounds of home free i will be joining you again . im a 70year old lady from England /UK thank you for your lovely reaction
Tim, the bass, is from Texas. Austin (high tenor, redhead) is from Georgia, Adam (beatboxer), brother Chris (cowboy hat) and Rob (glasses) are from Minnesota. Chris (cowboy hat) left the group in 2016 and was replaced by Adam Chance (goes by Chance). Chance is from Alabama so 3 of the boys are from the south. Home Free is known for their harmonies. They are all great singers. If you like bass, try Brothers in Arms, I Can’t Outrun You, Hillbilly Bone, In the Blood. Good reaction! Other beautiful Christmas music, Mary Did You Know, Angels We Have Heard on High, What Child Is This. 😍
This is such a beautiful version. The arrangement was done byTim Foust, the bass. I know that you already did the PTX version of Mary Did You Know, so I wouldn't expect you to do the HF version this season, but it is well worth a listen and quite different from PTX. But their Christmas masterpiece, to me, is Do You Hear What I Hear. Absolutely knocked my socks off the first time I heard it. And still amazes me after countless listens.
Tim Foust the bass of the group. Behind him to the left Rob Lundquist lead tenor (beard and glasses), then Austin Brown sky high tenor. In the back are Adam Rupp the beatboxer and Chris Rupp the baritone and founder of the group. Enjoyed watching your reaction to this song. You may want to check out Home Free's version of Mary Did You Know.
Lovely reaction. You ought to play "Children Go Where I Send Thee" where they sing with the legendary Kenny Rogers. All of them have a lead. You probably don't know this Christmas song. It is an African American spiritual. It's beautiful, fun, and upbeat referring to "the itty bitty Baby ...born in Bethlehem."
They did Angels we have heard on high in the same church. It is lovely. Their Christmas masterpiece is Do you hear what I hear. Thanks for your reaction
This song was my first introduction to Home Free--and they've been my favorite musicians ever since! Love it when these guys voice the harp/bell tones🔔 Besides the unbelievable harmonies--and gorgeous church backdrop--getting to hear Adam Rupp's sweet tenor actually singing is a real treat ❣️🎼🥰🎶❤️
I do hope you will listen to Home Frees version of 'Do You Hear What I Hear', it will forever change how you hear this song. It is the only version of this song I listen to, it is life changing.
So beautifully done in such a lovely setting. Tim Foust (bass) began. Then Austin Brown (tenor). Rob Lundquist (tenor) with beard. Adam Rupp (tenor). Chris Rupp (in hat) (tenor).
Avi is a great Bass singer - once associated with Early Home Free ensemble .... of course there is no one like Tim Foust on Bass / Baritone / Tenor ...he is along with Chance exceptional in three register vocal brilliance IMPACTFUL !!!
Thank you MommaTaunT! I appreciate real reactions even if a reactor doesn't like what they're watching or listening to. I'd rather hear an honest opinion. I adore this version by Home Free - can't get enough of their harmonies/blend. It's so special. Their masterpiece Christmas song is "Do You Hear What I Hear?". It was arranged by the beatboxer/percussionist extraordinaire Adam Rupp. 🖤🍟
This version of Home Free is three men from Minnesota, of all places, and then one Georgian and one Texan. When Chris (cowboy hat in this) left for a new lane, they brought in an Alabama boy. Currently, they live in Nashville, Minneapolis, and LA. Tim and Austin live in Nashville (they were Texas and Georgia). Rob and Adam... and Chris, live in Minneapolis. Chance (the other Adam and from Alabama) lives in LA.
This is the one that got me started!!! It was a video but only listened via audio --- and heard that voice (Tim) singing mid-range so clear and with ease but could tell he was much lower register. Once he hit is high notes -- I had to listen again ............ : ) Been stuck on HF ever since! Be Safe
I enjoyed your initial response to the song. Home Free is the best you can get in a cappella with their wide variety of genres that they sing. They call themselves an all vocal country band, so the twang is what we expect to hear. I have hit the subscribe button and will look for more of your reactions. Thanks!
Welcome to HOME FREE !! HOME FREE is a county A Capella band (NO INSTRUMENTS) that does more than just country. Tim Foust, the bass (5 octave range) , Adam Rupp, the beatboxer (freak of nature), Adam Chance (Chance) is the baritone/bass, since 2016, he took over for Chris Rupp (one of the founders of the group), Rob Lundquist, tenor and Austin Browmn high tenor make up the voices of angels. PLEASE listen to more.. If I know my Home Free family well (Home Fries) , they have already given you suggestions of music. LOL Thanks for the reaction
Lovely reaction! Thank you for sharing it with us. May I make a recommendation. After Christmas, for New Years, listen to Home Free's Alde Lang Syne. It is absolutely the best arrangement I've ever heard. You will love it!
It's not a Christmas song, but if you want to hear "pure" Tim in bass mode, listen to "Brothers In Arms". I really love your reactions. They are so heart felt and beautiful.
You really need to listen to HF's "Mary Do you Know" (yes, you've heard that for other groups), but you won't be disappointed, also "Do you Hear what I Hear". I really enjoy your reactions, I subscribed a short time back, like your style.
You mentioned Mary Did You Know…….you have not heard that song until you hear the man who wrote lyrics sing it. His name is Mark Lowry. I believe that Buddy Greene wrote the music. No one, absolutely no one can sing Mary Did You Know like Mark Lowry. No one can put the passion, emotion, reverence and awe into the song but Mark. ruclips.net/video/bXmfkFoX-PE/видео.html As for acapella, there is absolutely no one better than Home Free! They are head and shoulders above Pentatonix! Home Free covers all genres, they sing their own original music. They are absolutely the best!
He sings it with the a capella group Voctave and it is Glorious! They also have great Christmas videos, especially my favorite “Where Are You Christmas?” Have tissues handy!
@@donnaflynn9615 sorry, I’m not a fan of voctave or pentatonix or any other acapella group out there. For me it’s Home Free all the way. In my opinion absolutely no one comes close to them. As for Mark Lowry singing Mary Did You Know….again, nothing comes close to when he sings it with David Phelps and Guy Penrod. Again, my opinion.
For over a month and a half , people could enter songs . There was not much VoicePlay entered but if there was , it will be in the calendar… no worries , every song in the advent will get a fair chance … I am all about that
Avi is near as low and strong a BASS singer as Tim .... though Tim is a three register singer right up through low tenor .... Austin soars near the Ladies Lane in HIGH TENOR and control and texture unlike any ..... The Southerners are = THEN - Tim, Texas / Austin, Georgia and when after this video - founder Chris Rupp left ... Adam Chance, Alabama replaced him to make it now Three Southerners !
