I love crispy egg white edges too! So delicate, lacey and delicious. I already love bacon fried rice, but adding kimchi is a whole other level of goodness. ❤
I'm not a big bacon fan (I like it, but apparently not as much as everyone else idk) but this looks and sounds incredible. 🤤 I'm going to have to make it soon
Oh damn, I think I want to make this now. I think I have all the ingredients all ready to go. I don't use gochujang when making Korean fried rice, but I use a good amount of gochujaru, some soy sauce, a bit of mirin or other cooking wine, and sesame oil, and I cook the egg in the middle of pan after pushing the rice to the sides, then mix it all together, because I'm lazy. I've also made this with spam (I sprinkle sugar on spam when cooking it to caramelize the pieces). Yummy!
Rice could be hard when you keep on the fridge I add water on my fried rice from time to time to. It doesn't really affect the taste as long as you fry the rice for a couple more minutes and it prevents the day old rice from breaking apart.
When I make meatballs, I take the frying pan and start out cooking them in 2 inches of water first .. then I add them to my pot of gravy (red sauce) and let them simmer for another hour or so. The meatballs are the most tender, and they add such flavor to the gravy. (Now I want to make pasta and a pot of gravy with meatballs) 🍝 😋🤤
Dang, now I’m making this after I just finished breakfast. I’ll consider this as brunch for me. She got me!!! YUMMY 😋

I like friend rice too lol
@@msy408ugh autocorrect 😅
Hope you make it! It’s a good way to use up any kimchi that’s been fermented for too long 😀
@@msy408friend rice?! 😂
I made this and it was a hit!! 😋
I use kimchi juice in kimchi fried rice too! But because that's steamed rice, I'd probably leave out the water. 🤤

HOLY GOCHUJANG! My mouth was on fire looking at the amount you put in and I’m Korean 😂

Uncle Roger about to put his leg down from chair.
I put a little bit of water every time i make fried rice with gochujang. Cooks right but helps the sauce
That's how my hubby eats his eggs too, I have to always make it like that for him
Smaller handles are more comfortable for those with smaller hands.
Perfect, except where's the cheese? Gotta have the cheese please!

Instead of gochujang, please try gochugaru 1 sp, soysauce 1sp, sugar 1/2 sp
