Agree! Be obsessed to be extraordinary.....to live an extraordinary life. When I live my life" being obsessed with what I love..... it is great. When I tried to be "normal" I was miserable. I have never thought about balance either. Just jump in with both feet and run with it. Go big into what you choose.

I was 10 in the Summer of '95. I would watch...no wait...obsess over the OJ Simpson trial with my dad. But more so, Johnny Cochran. It was the first time I saw a black man on TV with prestige, swag, etc...and it turned me on. I told my dad: "I want to be a lawyer." He said, "oh that's good. Yes you can." I told my mom and she said, "you? You can't even talk! How are you gonna be a lawyer?" It crushed me. N I'm figuring out w Uncle G that I never wanted to be a lawyer: I wanted celebrity, status, swag, etc and my mom had given up on that goal as well. I've spent the majority of my life being told to slow down and that will never happen, yadda yadda yadda...to the point when the first person who actually believed it and saw the vision too: I was the one who shut it down. Crazy. Thanks for giving me the permission to reclaim whom I'm supposed to be. God bless you and that obsessed mind you've got. #aintnobalance
