Epicure's broccoli cheddar soup makes Epic asparagus cheddar rice

Want to switch up that package of Epicure's broccoli cheddar soup?
I love flavoured rice, so I decided to make broccoli cheese rice.
I didn't have any broccoli so I used asparagus, milk and a shredded cheeseblend along with cooked rice (leftover) and some of Epicure's broccoli cheddar soup seasoning. Mix well and top with extra cheese. Pop into a 180 Celsius oven until vegetables are cooked and cheese melted...about 15 to 20 minutes.
Bring it to thetable as a side or eating as a meal, it's delicious.
