    I just bought the 22” screen version. Best Buy has them for $1,100 50% off. This is a great review.

    helpful, appreciate your time and thoughts. im a stroke survivor and see this as a way to get back on my upright commuter bike, learning how to lean with my core for cornering on streets, etc. that is key selling point for me. im meh about traning apps unless they are specific to neurological rehab, so im buying the product next month. RIDE ON!!!!

    One of the problems is you can't access RUclips on it and they keep saying they will fix this or probably will in the future but it's 2022 and If you want to access RUclips while riding you need to use your phone or tablet which is ridiculous since the bike comes with a big tablet that they charged you a lot for.. 🤷🏻‍♂️

      Thinking of buying one and wasn't aware of this flaw- RUclips is great for simulated bike rides, they really dropped the ball here.

    Man! I love that leaning mode!! But looking for the perfect mix of the very best built bike, automatic digital incline / decline / resistance,and the best outdoor riding catalogue but more than just a video. Coached outdoor ride. Looks like NordicTrack may be the route for me. The bike / screen on those sure seems wobbly in videos. Decisions decisions!

    Besides this bike, are there any other bikes that have the leaning feature?

      this is only one (as of this writing) that is available that I've found, there is a UK company called Muoverti that is developing TiltBike but its still in RnD and they haven't listed price, specs, or ETA for when you can buy one (its also limited shipping from UK). Someone can correct me if I'm wrong on this.

    So I just bought the bike. I'm having trouble sliding the seat onto the glider on the seat stem. If I force it I'm concerned it won't come off. It meant to slide so you can adjust the position of the seat. Am I supposed to remove the plastic liner inside the receiving hole of the seat? Thank you in advance.

    Tbh when I saw the adverts for it I wondered how people didn’t fall off of it when it leans?
    Like is the weight of it and wide feet enough to not tip it over?

    Great review! I decided to return my Bowflex C7 and purchased the Velocore 16. Love the Velocore but noticed it's not silent like the C7. I hear a slight noise when pedaling on the Velocore. Is this normal? It's quiet but not silent like the C7.

    Great video. I have a question, I'm a bit split on what to get the velocore bike or Bowflexs max total 16? And do you think this bike/elliptical is better than Nordictracks and Peloton version?

    • @ConnectTheWatts
      @ConnectTheWatts  2 года назад +1

      personally I like the Max Total more, but that's also because I use a lot of other bikes, so take that as you will. Peloton doesn't have an elliptical, and unfortunately I have not used the NordicTrack ellipticals yet to be able to have a good opinion. I do have a new review coming in a day or two about the new NordicTrack Bike which I like a lot tho.

    • @gabdali
      @gabdali 2 года назад

      @@ConnectTheWatts Ok, I'll wait for your review for the Nordictrack bike before making a decision. Does Peloton and Nordictrack also have the streaming service (Netflix, HBO, etc), available in there equipment? Thanks for the quick reply.

    I was interested in it but they lost me at subscription. I'm not paying $2,000 and then have to Shell out a monthly subscription that I'm being locked into. I don't understand why they don't just make the service free and do it like Facebook or RUclips or Google and have advertisements to make their money

      The pedal has SPD compatible clip system. Which is basically the most common clip less you'll find on workout equipment in a gym.

    Been thinking of buying one for awhile now- just saw that a Best Buy near me has the 16" model on sale for $1,099. That's HALF the price of the 22" model! Do you think 16" is adequate, or is the screen too small?

    I like using the actual bike but there are problems they need to fix if you want to use zwift. The locked monitor is annoying. Also the jrny app is horrible.
    1. add the zwift app so i can display zwift on the bowflex screen instead of on my laptop. unluck the screen so we can add apps like zwift and youtube.
    2. why does the manual workout stop at 1:39... i regularly bike for 4+ hours.
    3. you cant do the jrny off bike videos... the monitor pauses when you stop pedaling. this is a poor design. please fix.
    4. add watts to screen... why so i have to connect to another app to see my watts.

    Do Not Buy This One! Opt for a Pelaton! We bought ours and had it for a year and a half and it was fine when it worked but then....yep you guessed it, the console broke! We were told after speaking with the service guy on like the 6th occasion that indeed it was broken and that it would cost us a whopping $600 to replace! Ummmmm what?!?!?! It wasn't even 2 years old and with the initial cost! Are you kidding me! Really?! To say the least, we were not happy. Think before you buy. You could always get a cheap stationary bike with no console which is what we have now! Yay

      Currently the Velocore 16 and the C6 are the same price of $800, do you know if the Velocore swivel feature can be used without the monitor/console? I wish they sold the Velocore without a monitor to have a more realistic riding sensation. Thanks

  • @rybuds47

    Do not buy a bowflex bike, the box was destroyed when i got it. They wouldnt let us send it back and said they would replace any broken parts. The bolts to put it together were missing and they still will not send me them. Its still just sitting in pieces. I wish i would have gotten ANY OTHER BIKE besides this hunk of crap made by crappy people.
