- The Dance of Coppelia and Coppelius is the most beautiful boss in the game. It's always sad to break them for boss materials. I captured both Sides and added an Interlude as well to their OST to make it feel as if they are dancing to the music. I hope you enjoy!

This is the most beautiful boss I've ever seen. The music is also very melancholic which fits the theme. Beating it is always a sad experience so I made this video to showcase the dance in it's glory! I hope you enjoy it!
Something funny about their designs is they are both part of a cooling system. Coppelia's skirt looks like a fan and Coppelius' cape looks a like those shutters on an AC. And they have corresponding elements

I JUST REALIZED
in each mode of combat, they're protecting each other
example: in Nemesis of coppelius, Coppelia is protecting Coppelius from his "nemesis" aka the player
Looking at them ice skating made me confused... HOW CAN THEY SKATE SMOOTHLY?? ARENT WE ON THE SAME FLOOR??? Btw, it would be cool if snezhnaya let us ice skating🤩

In case you didn’t realizes the different between the soundtrack of dirge and nemesis
I think the different is that the nemesis one is played lower and it heard stronger, while the dirge sounded a bit more “peaceful” about the music, I don’t think there is any different, just the way the play it
I somewhat agree. It's actually the same soundtrack played with different melodies. I think why Nemesis is stronger is because his tale is of revenge and anger at how he can't save Coppelia while Dirge is more peaceful because Coppelia has accepted her death and she wants to die doing what she loves, that is dancing. This is my opinion though. I'll have to read the in-game lore to know what they represent but its a very beautiful boss and soundtrack

@@marayagury6222 That could be Coppelius crying knowing he won't be able to save Coppelia. I'm honestly hoping their story is scattered somewhere around Fontaine in the form of notes so we can actually know where these mekas are inspired from

Nemesis of Coppelius is moreso a dance type piece. Dirge of Coppelia is a waltz more befitting of a ballet dancer.
Fun fact: when you play their boss themes together, it completes the song.

The theme does not feel like it's just for a video game, it's like the composer Arcangelo Chen and Hoyo-Mix literally wrote a concert piece for orchestra. (and like other folks have said, it's very Dmitri Shostakovich inspired)
