@mehmeth9773 I feel like they're both great for different reasons. Narzissenkreuz was great for its more personal story, while Remuria was great for being enigmatic and slightly overwhelming
@@Shreyash112Yess they made me so emotional, even though i didn't fully understand the lore of the stories Just the atmosphere of the music and the visuals really did it for me
I would say all the filler regions(eg. dragonspine, chasm, enka, chenyu vale, GAA) have the best soundtracks in the game, but I agree this one is the best of the bunch
The moment i heard it i thought to myself " i have to find the mp3 file for this" since it wasn't uploaded on youtube yet,it took an hour to find it but i was worth it,this track is godly
I was as impressed by this track as Morax's theme. Honor, power, glory, courage - these sounds reflect all the best that was in the Remurians before they came to their moral downfall. Deffenetly I would rebuild Remuria if I had the opportunity
Track 14 was the one that got me to stop what I was doing in game for a bit because I heard the music and really liked it. Ended up stopping for a few just to enjoy the music.
The Remuria questline was absolute peak. They took the concept of an age-old music based civilization and went ham with it in this quest. The musical QTE cutscenes was the cherry on top of an already gorgeous storyline. As a avid lover of videogame music, Remuria was probably the best gameplay experience Hoyo has ever created. (To me at least.)
Track 15 was something... That cutscene and along with the music? Don't even get me STARTED with the vocals. I had goosebumps when I witnessed it the first time ❤
Alongside that one OST from the Vourukasha Oasis (Maidens of Sanctity, same vocalist), this right here is one of the rare songs that makes me cry out of sheer beauty 🥺
I like that the music of Remuria has a ethereal, fairy tale-like quality to it, especially with the harp and the vocals. If Remuria already has this sound I wonder what the music in Celestia will sound like.
We kinda got a glimpse of celestia music at the introduction cutscene it's safe to say we will have lots of choir, piano, organs, heavy strings, maybe deep humming to give that church and devotion feeling
Sumeru and Liyue are great too~ for me thou Liyue exploration music is irreplaceable, totally transcendental yet so earthly and calming) but Fontaine is totally Europe based one music so it has feels of familiarity~
@@SamuraiSx19 that is true, i still remember climbing the really tall mountains of liyue and being above the clouds listening to some really relaxing music.
Music alone doesn't make it great. The reason why it feels good is because each region has its own music to complement the theme of the region, the atmosphere, etc. Just imagine this kind of music plays in Inazuma or Liyue or Sumeru, it must feel so out of place. I think this is also the reason why each new region releases, we always feels like its the best vibes just because it is something new, a new experiences fresh out of the update.
I’m shocked no-one’s talking about track 15! I was absolutely floored by the visuals and music! The first time ever that a world quest nearly brought me to tears. Looked like the gates of heaven with that lighting
It reminds me of the feeling i got the first time i watched the little mermaid as a kid and you see the mermaids traveling to Triton's palace. I am in tears hearing it, it's like a mermaid is guiding you to an underwater palace with all her friends and it's amazing.
While one OST from Vourukasha Oasis (Maidens of Sanctity, same vocalist) easily makes me tear up (even when just thinking about it), this Track 15 though? And especially the part along with the visuals when ascending? Damn... It straight up makes me cry out of sheer beauty and I'm not even kidding. I may still haven't found the meaning of life, but at long last, I found Beauty 😭 Speaking of looking like the gates of heaven, I totally get it... For a brief moment I forget about all my worries, as if I was indeed ascending toward them 🥺
When I was convinced that the new location was a reference to the Roman Empire, I almost screamed with delight. I loved reading ancient history and myths! And I spent at least half an hour in the cave where Track 14 was playing. What a magical music! The imagination immediately pictured Roman ships cutting through the waves. How powerful and glorious was the kingdom Remuria I wonder what Venti would say about Rem and his idea of escaping fate through the music? Its sounds like something he might like. Moreover, Barbatos once created a musical instrument from an entire archipelago.
Track 20 gives such a heavy emotion, it's so melancholic yet hopeful? It sounds tragic but also like it's yearning for something better like a constant struggle between the two. Love it so much 😭😭
This whole area and story questline feels mysterious and cinematic in a way that I don't think Genshin has done before. It's hard to describe. I hope this is a sign of what we can expect going forward because I think they really hit their stride with the Remuria quests.
Finally found the Track 4! Can't wait for it release officially. So freaking LoFi wibes. Making it play while exploring the huge water area is an incredible experience.
track 18 is a masterpiece that brings me chills every single time i hear it, to be completely honest, i havent ever heard of a genshin song or a song of this type in general that brought such a unnique feeling to me, i guess the story in itself already helped me "feel" the music but with how beautiful it is too, it just made it heavenly
I know what you mean, i cry every time I hear 15, 18, 19 and 20, and it never happened to me before playing a game or listening to any song... Am I the only one?
Enkanomiya tracks and Eternal Oasis tracks have similar feelings thou x) and it perfectly goes with the lore of World Quests, same as Remuria. I honestly can't pick favourite because all are too good
I swear, this is so far the best quest and cutscenes in game that we can interact and enjoyed without too many factors interrupting us. Man... Wish they keep this format for future quest or even apply this to the main quest in the future 😂
Track 3 is so melancholic, yet it feels so relaxing at the same time. It truly embodies "Sea of Bygone Eras" and I can feel the endless amount of emotion the track conveys. It's a wonderful piece I'll be having on repeat.
I can’t say that Remuria songs are the best for me, I like other tracks more. But it was Remuria soundtrack that made me cry so much idk how it works man
the music plus with the context of Remuria being a long lost civilization is what made me cry, it's like a weight has been finally lifted after being hidden for so long
So many people hate underwater exploration... they just didn't get it. The score is phenomenal, I got lost in it (Track 5 gives me Zelda Zora vibes, I love it so much)
Read about a lot of people complaining how underwater exploration gets boring and repetitive fast. I can't say I agree. I still love the colors, the fish swimming with you through currents, the music and on the list goes.
I remember stepping into this cave and this track (14 Alucinatio Gloriosa) hit me like a brick. I stopped what I was doing and listened the whole song.
No game will make me stop to listen to the music and take in the view of the region like Genshin does. Exploring can be painstaking but not when the in-game ost is this relaxing and beautiful. Hearing "Consolation of Many Waters" @4:45 for the first time was incredible
just when you think they can't make the music better than it already is... they always outdo themselves. honestly, every single track is purely beautiful and I can't even pick a favourite one.

I played genshin since the beginning, for me this is the only one game that can give me so much emotion, cheer, joy, sadness, calm.. thanks to his amount of ost, thanks for this compilation I like making illustration while listening this beautifull soundtrack
I find so many tracks impressive, they all have a sense of magic to it, like a magical symphony. The way Genshin focused deeply on the musical artistic side to show the story with this ruined kingdom is truly wonderful art to listen to! I still can't help but love Track 17. So royal, regal, warrior, but very elegant like they are fighting us on a horse. And attacking with great strides but there's also a sense of conflict I hear between the enemy. Either way, a lovely piece! Very triumphant! Honestly all these pieces reminds me of Disney's classic Fantasia style. I loved the Gregorian Choir effect for Track 14. But Track 15 and 18 were very beautiful. The vocals just gave a nice touch of power like showing off their musical prowess but also a gentle motherly touch. I was extremely impressed and ended in tears just from Track 18, it was the most beautiful lullaby with a sense of sadness but hope. And the vocals just gave a perfect touch again showing the artistic side of this music kingdom but with elegance as if she is seeing to us to have comfort from our sadness. Genshin never ceases to amaze me! ( Please understand, I'm still learning music analysis and understanding music)

I absolutely LOVED the OST for this area. Track 3, 20, 18/16, 1, 2, 15, and 10 are my favourites. In that order. So many emotional and melancholic melodies. I can't believe they pulled another Ruu/Jeht/Tadlah on us with Osse. I was so devastated we couldn't keep him with Sir Pouncealot in our teapot. I cried for 20 minutes straight (not an exaggeration) after he sacrificed himself and all the way through the end of this quest. I IMMEDIATELY teleported to the Faded Castle to try to find him and pet/talk with him again. But he wasn't there. Listening to the songs makes it hit harder. I visit the island to play with him often and even feed him. 🥺 😭
@Orion_TheyThem if you go talk to Este after you complete the quest, you can then pet Osse after some dialogue with Este! You can find Osse in Petrichor after that whenever you want and can pet him ❤️
Track 14 is absolutely ethereal. I go back to that place every now and then to enjoy the music, it sounds so enchanting and powerful somehow, certainly one of my favourites.
This quest was beautiful. I was annoyed at first because I want to build my Arlecchino but then I almost cried finishing this quest because of how beautiful the OST is 😭especially Track 15 23:13
This is what I've been wanting out of Fontaines region music. The whimsy of the normal surface level music is great, but what I really wanted was the enchantment that comes with a deep sea Atlantis, or Remuria! I think these tracks really covered how at least I'd imagine a deep sea soundtrack would sound like if this were a film. Enigmatic, enchanting, powerful, and beautiful. Tracks 3,4, 14, 15 and 16 are so good. The Leitmotifs completely capture Remuria in all its splendor
People sleep on track 13 so much; the absolute melancholy in the track and when 20:19 drops you can get the sense of a fervent longing for a kingdom lost to the sea. Thank you Hoyoverse for blessing our ears
amazing vibes of disney, Sigur Ros, Vangelis and tangerine dream ❤❤❤❤ Hoyoverse should make a music game like Osu or Piano tales based in their games. Almost all world quests are based in dead civilizations 😢 you are like an archeologist exploring these zones and memories, most part of fandom and haters don't have idea.
You're not alone! 1 and 7 are quite underrated but among my favorites because they perfectly convey the feeling of a fallen empire lost to time and faded from memory. The more tragedy-oriented tracks deserve much more love!
Thank you all for the wonderful comments and watching my video!

32:51 - Track 20 I love the dreamy mood of this ost.
Track 14 is absolutely ethereal. I go back to that place every now and then to enjoy the music, it sounds so enchanting and powerful somehow, certainly one of my favourites.
i can't believe that nobody is talking about how majestic Track 12 is, had to stop while underwater just to listen to it goshh dangggg HOYO mix
Track 4 was the reason of why i looked up for this
X2 beautiful songs ❤😢
Finally found it ✨ 4:45
This world quest is now in my list of favorite world quest. The soundtrack and the aesthetic are also beautiful. Gosh Genshin you nailed it again.
Alucinato Gloriosa.... THAT one broke me. The harmonies are SO beautiful.
All Fontaine underwater osts are so good and calming, that’s why I enjoy the exploration underwater
This quest was beautiful. I was annoyed at first because I want to build my Arlecchino but then I almost cried finishing this quest because of how beautiful the OST is 😭especially Track 15 23:13
track 18 gave me goosebump everytime, really appreciate hoyo effort in this one and whole world quest
An absolutely stunning OST to go along with one of the most beautiful quests in the entire game
Not going to lie here track 18 had me crying in the floor when the I heard the voice 😢😢😢😢😢
The melody of track sixteen is stunning and is a brilliant callback to fifteen AND OH GOSH NINETEEN
Top 3 tracks just 🧑🍳 kiss!
Track 15 23:11
Track 18 29:07
Track 20 32:51
Omg I need a longer version of these 3 tracks 😩
Came here for Track 5 ( 06:40 ).
It feels so warm and soothing. I could listen to it forever.
man i’m going to miss fontaine:(
3:09 - Unfinished Ideal : This track sounds heavenly soothing , calming and epic ✨. Hats off to the composers ❤
Trac 18 made me ascended to heaven. Is that Ziyu Che again? Man, I love her with all my heart ❤
Tears of the past 😢
I feel free from sadness I can't explain
I am stucked here for 2 hours listening on repeat, specialy 15 and 18, not everyone can make such a experience, congrats hoyo
Almost all world quests are based in dead civilizations 😢 you are like an archeologist exploring these zones and memories, most part of fandom and haters don't have idea.
the 4th one bro 🥰🥰🥰, so magical, bro I literally stopped for minutes mid exploration just to rethink life when listening to this
I cried, music so heavenly
Track 16 was it for me... It felt so beautiful and sad at the same time... I had to stop and just listen and feel
Track 18 sequence is top tier. It’s crazy how Remuria compares to Enkanomiya in the lightness/delicate nature of the OST.
I haven't seen much for it so I'll stand for track 7
Beautiful strings perfectly encapsulate the melancholy of a timeless realm within a faded dream
You're not alone! 1 and 7 are quite underrated but among my favorites because they perfectly convey the feeling of a fallen empire lost to time and faded from memory. The more tragedy-oriented tracks deserve much more love!
31:50 gives me that harmonic and nostalgic feelings.
Like a parting vibes
@@nerith2664 Exactly, like a distant memory sort of thing.
They really gotta start VA'ing these WQs..
