Update from Wyett after the crash: It was my third time moving more than 2 feet but all the attempts were in the first video. I’ve tried again after healing for a couple days with knee and elbow pads and a helmet. The only injuries incurred (shockingly) were a slightly scraped elbow and a bruised hip from landing on things in my pocket. I’m still sore but not as badly as when it first happened. I crashed harder on a Onewheel and incurred more damage from that than the EUC lol Thank you, Wyett and Jesse www.youtube.com/@ThatOnewheelKid for providing the clip.
Even though it wouldn't have protected his hip when he fell... he still shoild have bee wearing safety gear. He came seriously close to hitting his head on the pavement.
@@freshlychargedI flinched when viewed and replayed it several times.Let this be a lesson and a warning to all, especially beginners. Other safety gear is important, but a helmet is A MUST.
I'm 100% confident on my inmotion RS going high speeds so I usually don't wear any gear... If i bought one of these things though I'd definitely be wearing full gear especially while learning
Thats what im afraid of. I dont think anyone starting off on an euc doesn't fall off. Too dangerous and my family needs me operating injury free. I'll stick to the scooter 😂

The song is really really annoying. Just play it with natural sound boosted if necessary
That would happen to me for sure!
Oh man!! That was crazy, glad you're alright!
It could have been a lot worse. Glad he is alright!
And the EUC Darwin award goes to... ✉️
Considering the alternative, this fall saved his life.
Gotta love that guy who asks if you're good a split second after you fall. Takes a bite of 5 star meal... Chef a split second later: "is It GoOd?!" 😂
I’ve seen a lot of crash footage. The first thing the first person to the crash scene says is almost always, “are you good?”
@@freshlychargeddang where I live, people just hit and run.

It was centimeters away from being devastating.
Ouch, geeeeeez that was a doozie but glad he's good now.
This guy needs AT Least KNEE pads! 😮
I need to download this to show those who wants to try to ride my EUC
My spleen hurt just watching that.
The death wobble / tank slapper was clearly on him . Someone need to invent a steer damper for unicycle 😂😂
The dreaded tank slapper.
Brain steering dampener. I can't see any present.
At least he kept trying!
Oh, I kept re-running the video😂😂😂😂😂
We kept replaying it when we first saw it, so that is why we needed to share it.
@@freshlychargedI flinched when viewed and replayed it several times.Let this be a lesson and a warning to all, especially beginners.

He might feel that in the morning 😬😬. Hope he’s ok.🙏

Good choice!
Dude should've been practicing on the grass instead
And the tire went on, still rolling somewhere😂
😂🎉🤯🤔💬 2300 falling attempt he was known to return the next day to try again..
Existem pessoas que simplesmente não tem facilidade para certas práticas!!!
that freaking hurt
Its ok bro after 3 months and you can ride it good you will post a video of you saying "1st time on an EUC , " Like all the other riders do lol
He forgot his flip flops.
The shoes helped protect his shoulders. 😂
@@freshlycharged 😂😂😂
I felt that all the way here in chicago
Give a few seconds to absorb it before asking anything. Lol 😅
Those soft tissue injuries take a while so he might have needed to wait more than a few seconds to ask.
Right foot went a little low: brain said “we’re going down, step out”😊
Hard to make those split second decisions sometimes.
And on that day he was not good......he was not good.
This is why if your high up on something or going fast for the first time wear safety it's for a reason 😅
Gravity sucks - and some wrist protection wouldn't be bad either, bc most drops pple try to instinctively break with their hands/arms.
Hope you are ok use gear and be safe
He is alright and we posted a comment with the update.
Oh no 😮
We felt the music was fitting for the video.
@@freshlycharged it sure is 😂
Ouch
Damn😮
THAT'S why I'll never ride one of those. I just don't understand how you maintain control of it.
Just need some practice and safety gear. We love them!
Just imagine going down a long steep hill on that at top speeds
Hard to imagine a worst crash at this speed.
I'll stick to bicycles. I messed up my shoulder on a one wheel, it made a dead stop at 15mph.
Andrew broke his clavicle on a Onewheel but that is how he found's Jimmy's channel. Good things can come from crashes!
@@freshlychargedLOL I suppose
Yeah he hurt 🤷🏽♀!!!
If you have to board any vehicle, like that, you should be wearing a helmet and possibly more gear
Why would you go on that and know that you can get hurt without using the right gears to protect yourself 🤔🤔
And that's what helmets are for
Gotta gear up
For sure! Jimmy Chang says always wear protection!
Bro was not UL certified 😂
Got to spend $30,000 for the UL certification.
Should be wearing safety gear!
Google Turtle Pants, my first 7 miles were not pretty.
Pad up especially a HELMET when learning, what friend would allow you to get hurt?? he should have encouraged you to pad up first..
Never happen to me!
Never ever say never ever!
Gear.

It is tough to learn, but once you learn it is one of the best PEVs out there!
100%

Grass field in the background lookin real nice to him now
Maybe try riding in a soccer field or a golf course
Are you ok
We just pinned a comment with the update.
Nasty Twist. :/
Goes to show always Learn on small wheel first and Then upgrade to a bigger.
At the very least wear a helmet when you’re learning something new to you lmao 🤦🏽♂️
We agree. Luckily, Wyett only experenced a scraped elbow and bruised hip.
Ya need walking sticks to hold, soo you're able to ground yourself & not fall so hard...
broken bones for sure.
We pinned a comment with an update on how Wyett is doing.
Uh- don’t lift your foot off the pedal…we’re not walking. *brain fart*
Wyett is a beginner so it is easy to have a brain fart in this situation.
Go on the grass ot will teach you to relax and not damage the wheel so much
🤭 Rs
Hey don’t laugh at least he’s practicing…. I think the liberals will laugh
