I'm so curious - do the sellers pay for the staging materials? What happens to the furniture after a home sells? Both apartments look great. :) It sounds like COVID was your opportunity to move into a career space that you are passionate about - talk about a sliver lining!
often times the seller pays, but sometimes the realtor purchases staging for the seller. It really varies by situation! We keep the furniture as "inventory" and use it in other properties once we move it out (when the home sells). It has been so busy we can hardly keep up with it so storing the inventory hasn't been an issue for us yet! And yes, silver lining FOR SURE!
