I hate bed skirts. They are always wrinkled and sloppy looking. Get rid of the box spring and you won’t need it.

We oddly have the opposite issues. Our side and back pillows seem over packed and stuffed with mostly foam. If you squeeze them they are full and tight and spring back immediately. Did we get screwed? Did they not use down? Our bottom cushions are similar. More foam then down. Gets flat fairly quickly. No idea how to fluff it..... oh and we have the same vac lol

Bugs will get in your towel hanging on wall.

I lost my soulmate animals, one a year ago and one the year before that. I had both for about twenty years. They saw me through college, moves, horrible times, happy times, breakups, and marriage. I miss them every day and while I try to focus on the many, many years of good times, sometimes I can perseverate a little too much on the final days. Anyway, I did adopt two new kitties, and I adore them with all my heart. I actually got them shortly before the last of my OG kitties passed away--weird, but I wanted them to know each other and be part of the same "family." Like passing a torch, I guess. They in no way replace the others but they help me redirect my love and energy and every time I get sad about losing the others, I remember that losing them meant being able to give these two new sweet babies a home, and getting to experience all the joy and happiness they bring me. They will see me through a new phase of life. You're not alone!

Is the target set that doesn’t need a duvet cover similar to the one you linked that was cheaper? The cheaper one doesn’t need a insert as well

Katie, I love your videos and I always look forward to new content or watch old videos because they are so relaxing to watch. I’m so sorry for your loss! I too had to put my babygirl Stella to sleep and it was the hardest thing I ever did. She was just a 2 yr old puppy and didn’t deserve a short life 😢 it’s about to be a year and I still find myself having crying sessions because I miss her so much! It does get slightly easier but the pain of loss just never goes away. And the missing feeling either :/ I just keep in mind that I gave her a wonderful spoiled life and she was beyond happy with me. Hopefully you find peace in the beautiful memories you created with Sally.

I worked at West Elm in the past. I would never recommend the Chenille, Tweed, or Linen fabrics as they wear fast because it is a thin fabric. Always get the performance velvet for durability or anything that mentions "performance".

I simply stuffed another pillow in the back pillow. Don’t cut your pillows! 😮 buy another down pillow or I used the other cushions since it came with so many pillows.

Hi Katie! I could watch these kind of videos from you all day. Such a good chill vibe. Also, would love to see more staging content/process! I've been a longtime viewer and remember Sally and when she passed away. This type of grieving process should def be discussed more because I know many friends who still have grief about their pets passing years down the road. You aren't alone in that and everyone's grieving process is different too. My childhood cat Stardust was 19 and we had to have him put down last fall due to health issues. I am still grieving his loss because we grew up together (we got him when I was 10). The grief and loss of companionship is completely understandable. I wonder if a grief support group might help a bit more with the healing process? ❤

The problem with amazon is the product is hundreds of miles away and well…. Sellers lie. Shopping at the store, you can see, feel, and smell the product and chose quality. The past decade or so, online shoppng sucks.

I’ve missed your videos. I remember your previous sally. I understand the way you’re feeling. I lost my cat many years ago. I had him for 19 years and still miss him a lot. I have since the gotten two other cats and feed about 20 strays in my subdivision. You grieve as long as you have to. Everyone is different. I always hoped you would get another cat or two. Sally wants you to be happy. She knows you will never forget about her.

Hi dear Katie. It’s always great to see your videos. Please know that your grief for your cat is perfectly ok. I lost my cat, who was the love of my life, to cancer in 2021. I was beyond devastated because she was beyond perfect for me. After one year of feeling extreme loneliness every time I walked into my home, I decided that perhaps a new cat would be therapeutic and the right choice for me. I did do my research, I prayed about finding a cat that would enrich my life as my prior cat had, and then found a true blessing thru my animal shelter. I’ve now had her for over a year and she is very different than my last cat. But the heart and love she has is what I needed and she has helped me move forward. I still slip up and refer to my prior cat by name but it’s ok. I feel as if I was blessed twice because of the little girl I have now. I still miss my other cat so much but the pain has lessened. Never feel you need to handle grief by finding a new cat. For me it took a while and then I felt I was ready because I didn’t want to feel sad and empty any more. Whatever you decide will be the right decision. Blessings my friend.

It’s perfectly understandable to miss your cat every day. I hope one day you will allow yourself to be Mum to another cat. You have a lot of love to give.
