George Garzone has a great exercise for embouchure. He has you blow air and see where the note starts. Very helpful for me even in an older age to void or reduce biting lip.

Do not file your teeth, everything else is pretty good, but seriously you will mess up your mouth if you file them.

NOW may I have a question:
The position of the lower lip as you explain is controversial
to the classical way? I mean for classical music. The lower lip has to cover the teeth.
(this is what my teacher explained)

Is called Doble lip..it does not let the reed vibrate
Darker sound n dull.
Fir classical may work.
