tbf in gen3 minimize raises evasion by 1 stage, not 2. It has been buffed in gen 6 or 7
yea tru! Minimize wasn't super great in gen 3, nor in this specific case study LMAO

His Quilfish was NOT +6 evasion going into that Flygon, it was only +3. He seems to have forgotten that gen 3 Minimize only boosts by one stage, not two.
Yeah, it only started boosting by two in gen V. This is painful.
