    You are also the only legitimate ASMRist who responds to everyone's comments. I wish you the best in life and hope that you never stop making ASMR videos. :)

    Great one, really interesting! As someone learning japanese, knowing the kanji for the numbers did come in useful for the chinese characters haha

    • @zweidot
      @zweidot  9 лет назад +1

      TheJapanCodeASMR I think Kanji and Chinese are somehow related, so I think if you know kanji, you may be able to read a little bit of Chinese. :)

      After Hours ASMR They definitely are! Kanji is pretty much just Hanzi (I think that's what they are called in chinese?), although some of them are simplified. So going from one of those languages to the other is definitely easier!

    Tne number 4 means death

    • @zweidot
      @zweidot  8 лет назад +2

      +▬MolbO▬ In Chinese, four and death sound similar but no the same... Four is spoken with the fourth tone, while death the third. Nonetheless, some people may find the number inauspicious :)

    I am sorry but it bugs the crap out of me when people call the language "Chinese" the 2 main languages are Mandarin which is the most used and Cantonese and I didn't study Cantonese but I'm pretty sure that it is mandarin

    • @zweidot
      @zweidot  9 лет назад +2

      Daniel N Hey Daniel! You are right about that. However, I am used to using Chinese as a shorthand for Standard Chinese (or Mandarin or 国语 or 官话 or 华语; pick one!). Cantonese is actually one of the many regional dialects of Chinese. And usually, I just refer to it as Cantonese. It's just my habit though! :)
